• 4 CARB LEMON MUG CAKE!...
Ingredients:
Lemon Mug Cake -
1 tbsp butter, melted
3 tbsp almond flour, packed
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sweetener (use your sweetener of choice, I used granular monkfruit in this one)
3 tbsp egg whites (OR 1 egg white)
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8-1/4 tsp lemon zest
Directions: Add into a mug, mix thoroughly and microwave for 1 min 20 secs!
Lemon Glaze-
1 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp powdered sweetener (you can use granular too)
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp lemon zest (if you want hints of lemon, use less zest)
Directions: Mix until well combined!
Nutrition for mug cake (without the glaze): Calories - 238, Fat - 22g, Protein - 9g, Net Carbs: 4g
Nutrition for mug cake AND glaze: Calories - 341, Fat - 32g, Protein - 11g, Net Carbs: 4g

1 cucharadita de jugo de limón
1/8 cucharadita de ralladura de limón (si quieres toques de limón, usa menos ralladura)
Instrucciones: ¡Mezcle hasta que esté bien combinado!

Turned out great!! Subbed maple syrup (1/2 the AMT for both cake and glaze), coconut oil, 1 egg, plain Greek yogurt for cream and cream cheese

I made the Lemon Cake but with a twist. I used Stevia, and my cream cheese was old. So I used heavy whipping cream, whipped it,. added lemon juice, forgot the zest and agave. Came out really good. Thank you. Cake probably should have cooked for 2 minutes, I made 2 of them in the Microwave at the same time.

I'll try this in a larger pan! I've tried my original vanilla mug cake before in a large square glass pyrex and it worked out ( I tripled the recipe) but I will try it in the oven for you! 💗
