@@XPPen I bought the 13.3 pro 3 days back. Unboxed and started using today. The pen stopping working properly within 5 minutes. Imagine my horror. Now there is 2 cm distance between the cursor and the pen tip. Also a 5 second lag between when I draw and when it shows up.
I followed the tutorials to the manual, the videos and even tried to wing it myself after because NONE of what the manual directs works. It has left me unbelievably angry that i spent so much on this thing.
I bought one recently and the settings screen looks nothing like that, but worse still is it won't save any custom controls for the buttons. So default settings only. It also doesn't help if I try to export/import either. That's the one biggest fault with the tablet as other than that it's fine.

In your website's driver download area, you should consider showing the model numbers in order. Especially not showing the three 13.3 in different areas, since I found the 13.3 and 13.3 V2 first, and wondered which one supports the Pro. I had to do a text search to see if XP Pen was being lazy with leaving off the "Pro" or if they were being lazy with not sorting multiple models in the same location. It turns out they were being lazy.

Hey I know I should ask on your website or write you an email or ask my friends, but why doesn't work on Clip Studios Paint? I download it, did all the setting things, and it won't draw it won't move out of the canvas area. I tried to delete it but it won't uninstall. I did try to do this with my old one but it did the same thing but it uninstalled the tablet settings. I would love some answers from anyone who had this problem and "fixed" it. :))

Straight up skipped an entire step in the process. How the actual fuck do I connect it to my computer? It keeps saying "No signal", despite CLEARLY being plugged in and all drivers installed.
I just tried to install my new xp pen 13.3 pro on windows 10 and after installing the drivers, it will not open the pentablet.exe file in order to load the settings of the tablet, so i cannot use it. Windows is recognising it as a second monitor, but that's it. On Monday I will call xppen as this should have worked straight out of the box. I have tried to reinstall the drivers, but there is no use. I have tried to plug all the usb cables into the laptop, but no use. I have tried to plug the red usb via the plug adapter (in case it needed more power) but no use. If there is something I am missing please do let me know. By the way I had no antivirus or firewall working while the driver installation was happening. Also this pc never had any other graphic design tablet drivers, ever. Also tried it on another pc with windows 7, and I have the same problems....It only recognises it as a second monitor. Looking forward to your reply.
@@lotusmae1463 nope. I returned it long back and got a basic huion tablet and it works perfect. It was a pity as I really wanted to love the xp pen screen tablet. But anyhow I’m very happy with the Huion. I could not believe though that with a product that reviewers like so much on YT, the drivers are not flawless for it. Anyway good luck with your device.

Hi, how to set a profile for the programs, for change the express keys from a program to another in automatic, like at min 2.28, i use PS and AI but some key are different for this programs...there's the possibility? So I’ve been trying to set up my tablet for around an hour now and it doesn’t even work. Can you actually like speak in a video instead of just playing loud music because I think it would be much more understandable if you were actually explaining things.
Your driver installation software says, "close all opened anti-virus software". Are we simply supposed to trust that you have not made any mistakes with the bundling of your .exe? I presume this act is to avoid customer complaints about false positives by the anti-virus software, which is certainly annoying. However, I am not going to follow your advice, and honestly, neither should anyone else. You should not be encouraging people to be unsafe with stuff downloaded from the internet.
Yiur video sucks big time. You go too fast and give no instruction. You may as well just take it down. Its more frustrating watching this than it is trying to set everything up.
A kind reminder： Now inside the package there is no MiniDisplayport to HDMI adapter.
