    1 atsuage (deep-fried thick tofu)
    1 konjac
    3 chikuwas (tube-shaped fish paste cake)
    5cm carrot
    1 onion
    2 turnips (or daikon radish)
    150g chicken
    3 burdock root wrapped in fish cake
    3 sausage wrapped in fish cake
    1000cc water
    1 or 2 chicken broth cubes(or 2 bags of Yasumaru dashi)
