  • How to feel your Qi and what to do if you can't feel your Qi.
One of my students came to me. He was all bummed out. He said, "I've been practicing Qi Gong for a few weeks and I just can't feel what you describe in class. I don't feel that buzzing, that tingling, that elevation."
I asked him, "Well, what do you feel?"
He said, "Some warmth, maybe a little relaxed, I'm not totally sure."
So what I did is I developed a little step-by-step program for him to start feeling energy or Qi.
Because some of us are more sensitive than others.
If you can't feel your Qi, don't worry. There's nothing wrong with you! And it doesn't mean that it isn't there.
Qi is life-force energy. It's the aliveness within you. It's the spark behind your breath, the energy in your nervous system, the energy behind your mind and consciousness.
This energy, this Qi you have, permeates every cell in your body.
In this video, you’ll learn a couple of easy-to-follow tools and techniques to feel your Qi... and what to do to cultivate Qi.
Cultivating energy is like cultivating a garden. The more you nurture it, the more it grows, takes shape, and develops deep-rooted feelings and connections within yourself and to nature and the universe.
The best way to increase your sensitivity to Qi is to practice Qi Gong.

It took me awhile to feel Qi but with practice and your explanations on the movements and flows I was finally able to experience it. Thank you for sharing all that wisdom and knowledge you’ve accumulated over the years. Much gratitude 🙏 🙏🙏

I love the way you explain things. Thanks for sharing your insights on qigong. By the way, what do we focus on when we close our eyes and do the qigong meditation exercises?

There are many blockages within the palm alone, ones the blockages are taken out, people can feel the Chi. A chi massage can absolutely help.

Wow he has a student who actually complain that he spent two whole weeks practicing and he can’t feel his energy! My how students have changed since I’ve been a beginner. Back in the day it was laughable that after two weeks of training do you have the audacity to think you feel anything let alone ask your teacher about it! It took me a couple of years before I felt anything and it wasn’t because I was running after feelingsI was too busy practicing like my instructor told me trusting that I’d eventually become more sensitive as a result of the practice and I did. Students today need to develop their patience

Holy crap. I felt like the energy in my chest was spinning but unbalanced, like a planet spinning around the sun of my heart! Unbalanced sounds bad, but it felt amazing. Thanks!
