hmmm,... Sompo Art Museum has a really good exhibit of Van Gogh right now ... I think Hama Rikyu Garden is also a nice place to be away from foreign tourists ...

Yanaka-Ginza is sometimes used in movies when the director wants to show " old low town Tokyo " ... for some reason the neighborhood has lots of cats ...
