The chubby chick in the beginning car accidents, car chase and the double date is Mia Tyler, daughter of Steven Tyler & half sister of Liv Tyler.
That is Carter singing Princes "Do me baby" while dancing like Michael Jackson😂😂
Jackie Chan added comedy in his movies out of respect for Bruce Lee he thought Bruce was a superhero & didn't want to look like he was just copying Bruce
It's impossible to copy Bruce, nobody can move like he did.
@@BranDZ7 No way Bruce could do the stunts Chan did. Lee was great, but people have way over inflated him.
Chris Tucker seems to have a natural way of connecting with people. He even became very good friends with Michael Jackson over the years, before Michael's unfortunate passing. Michael had great sense of humor, and was a big fan of Tucker's impression of him in the first movie. Ever since then they became buddies.
Michael would laugh because Chris would do the dances wrong 🤣
Great franchise! Chan and Tucker are extraordinary! At some point in the future, y'all should watch "Shanghai Noon" with Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson. Lots of fun as well. ♥
Yes! And its sequel.
Yes!!! Love that movie!
I second that.
Another great buddy pic with Jackie Chan is “Shanghai Noon” with Owen Wilson. Also “Spy”with Melissa McCarthy is funny too
Tucker/Chan + Amber/Jay = A great evening! 🍿
You need to see more Jackie Chan. "Shanghai Noon".
and the sequel "Shanghai Knights"!
Hiroyuki Sanada , the guy who played Le's brother - you will see him again when you complete the John Wick series, albeit much older now and graying hair. He currently stars in the Hulu series, Shogun, which is a fantastic show based on a novel of the same name. He was also in the recent Mortal Kombat movie as Hanzo Hasashi aka Scorpion.
Still waiting on you guys to watch Back To The Future Part III. You gotta finish that trilogy.
After that they could move over to A Million Ways to Die in the West.
Just sayin' because Doc is also in it with his time traveling DeLorean :-)
Tha fact that George saved their lives, AND fulfilled his mission, his new found dream; chefs kiss🔥🔥🔥!¡! And they're working on RH4👑😎
I dont think they can do another rush hour... chan is too old
lol u lie... tucker said he aint never gonna do one again. n he aint into hollywood no more.
idk about jackie tho.
@@ssppeeaarr hes 70 hes too old for the stunts
Chris Tucker is singing “Do Me Baby” by Prince while directing traffic. Give that song a reaction video!
And doing a michael jackson dance
Singing along to Prince while dancing like Michael Jackson, seems legit.
His way of tipping his hat to two of his favorites. 🫡🫡
part 4 is rumored to be filming right now
Prince is singing Do Me Baby on the introduction. ❤
The song "Do Me Baby", by Meli'sa Morgan. (1986), written by Prince (who also recorded, and performed it first, of course).
Nobody sings that song BETTER than Prince Rogers Nelson! 💜💜
The legend himself, Sanada Hiroyuki
Ninjas in the dragons den one of his best first roles!
Great choice! Now y'all Must watch Abbott & Costello's "Who's On First" skit to see where they got the idea for "Who's Hyu, and I'm Mei" at the start of the film.Classic vaudeville!✌️❤️
They had great chemistry together 😂❤🎉
"500 years... dang, that's a long time!" - words of wisdom
Anyone else who just auto thumbs up as soon as the page loads?
Me all day!!!!!😂😂
Good movie to watch 48 hour with Eddie Murphy
You guys will also have fun with shanghai noon, personally I like it more than rush hour. Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson are super great together.
Personally, I prefer Owen Wilson's brand of comedy better than Chris Rock. Owen is a lot more laid back but still just as funny.
That Was A PRINCE Song In The Beginning Where Chris Tucker Was SUPPOSED To Be Directing Traffic 😅😂..Y'all Should Check That Prince Song Out..And His Album As Well..And This Was A Great Reaction Y'all👍🏾💯💯👍🏾🤣
Keep an eye out for Rush Hour 4 now in production.
Y?
The French police detective (Revi) is played by movie director Roman Polanski. He directed "Rosemary's Baby", "Chinatown" and many others. He fled the USA for Europe when he was about to be charged with rape of a thirteen year old in Hollywood. He was married to Sharon Tate who was pregnant with their baby when she was murdered by the Manson Family in1969.
The nun is Dana Ivey. She was in the Addams Family movies as the lawyer's wife who ended up marrying Cousin It and having a little baby It.
Guys the the Sister is Professor McGonagall, Maggie Smith.❤ (Not her, my mistake)
I think you are mistaken. The sister is played by Dana Ivey
She’s Cousin Itt’s wife in the first two Addams Family movies.
I was sure it was Maggie Smith too! It looked JUST like her.
That was great! You guys should definitely check out Jackie Chan in "Rumble In The Bronx". It's funny, he's younger, and the action is INSANE.
Another great jackie chan partner movies yall need to react to is Shanghai Noon (2000) & Shanghai Knights (2003)
Thank you for the distraction and laughs
Amber are you okay girl??? You looked like for a minute you were falling asleep. Around the 17:55 mark. Just making sure you're okay.
She probably was tired and struggling to stay awake at times. It has happened to me even while watching movies I love. Is normal also after having certain meals.
All of the Rush hours are great😂😂😂😂
31:07 That smack had me howling in the theaters when I saw this LOL. Poor Frenchman was trying to stand up for himself
We need to remember to hit the like button yall. 1400 views 250 likes
An Officer And A Gentleman
@Jay and Amber they are said to be working on Rush Hour 4 this year
Great reaction as usual.. Fun fact: the huge Chinese guy was
Sun Ming Ming
Height: 7′ 9″
Weight: 370 lbs
Shoe size: 20
He is the tallest professional basketball player in the world measured by the Guinness World Records
The name of the other Classic Hit Slow Song right at the beginning of Rush Hour 3 that Carter(Chris Tucker) was dancing & singing too is by The Iconic,Legendary,And The Late Great Prince of Prince & The Revolution called Do Me Baby, and R.I.P.(Rest In Peace)🙏☁️ Prince🎤🎸.
If Rush Hour 4 ever gets made, keep an eye out for the old rich White man.
My favourite out of all 3 movies because of Carter's antics at the hospital and his improved fighting lol
@30:30 I still got confused by this part. Did she hear the woman approaching from behind?
Been waiting on that one! ✊🏾💯🙏🏾🔥
PERFECT TIMING. I just rewatched your reactions to the first two earlier today and was wondering when this one was gonna drop! Much love from a fellow Okie.
Rob Squad Movie Reactions Awesome Video Today!!🔥🐐🐐💎
27:42 MIGHT be my favorite moment in the trilogy lol The surprise of Lee's reveal - how earnestly he is singing - AND he's on a swing. It makes me happy EVERY time I see it!
The song Chris Tucker was singing was my favorite Prince ballad Do Me Baby from his Controversy album and a song that I NEVER let my parents hear a young teenage me sing/play out loud. I only let them hear the songs Let Work and title song Controversy -in which Prince entirely recites The Lord's Prayer so they didn't know he had a dirty mind (another Prince album i hid from them 😂😂.
Is Amber okay, I have never seen her eyes do that before, I hope everything is all right with her.
Just looked like she was falling asleep then forcing them to open. Heavy eyes for sure
@@Yumm...They kept crossing and wondering.
A great film I think you guys would like is Eddie the Eagle Edwards, a true story Eddie's journey trying to get into the winter Olympics in 1988😊❤️🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Hey guys if you want a similar feel to rush hour I recommend I Spy with Eddie Murphy and Owen Wilson
Watch "The Legend of the Drunken Master" with Jackie Chan, released in 2000.
There's rumors that there's a part 4 in the works so if that's true it ain't over just yet.
You wondered about the tall guy in the martial arts school that beat up Tucker and Chan.... His name is Sun Mingming... a Chinese Professional Basketball player... He is 7' 9" tall.
Poor Amber looked like she was falling asleep at times
Chris Tucker and Martin Lawrence are my two favorite comedians of all time and for the people that take these movies serious don't they are just acting and your job is to enjoy it and to not take it serious
"you need some matches?" is a slick line that gets me every time lol
A couple of other great Chris Tucker movie is the "The Fifth Element" and "Shanghai Noon" for Jackie Chan. You will love them!
Have to laugh when they mention Jules Verne, as Jackie Chan was in "Around the world in 80 days". You will have to watch it.
These was great movies. Y'all need to start the "Lethal Weapon" movies for another great series of two great friends and a lot of action. They get better with each movie.
The "Lethal Weapon" series is older, so it isn't ANYWHERE NEAR as over-the-top as this set - HOWEVER the "Lethal Weapon" series is really good too & has an excellent partnership & humour also. I am not sure if this is where partnership crime fighting movies came from or not - but this series is worth a watch anyways for a light-hearted night.
The song that Chris is singing at the beginning is Do me, baby.... by Prince.
Jay, Mother’s Day is right around the corner and if you haven’t a film already scheduled I suggest an old black and white classic I Remember Mama(1949).
The nun is Dame Maggie Smith. You may know her from Downtown Abbey, but she has been in many British movies/TV series since the 1960's.
The nun was played by Judith Ivey, who has been in a ton of things; I instantly recognized her as Sophia’s employer from The Color Purple (the one who couldn’t drive very well).
And Roman Polanski was a surprise cameo in a comedy-action movie.
The super tall Asian in the Kung Foo studio is Sun Mingming. He played professional basketball and is the tallest player in the world standing a staggering 7’9” and weighing 370 lbs.
Best duo!!
Some other recommendations:
- The best Exotic Marigold Hotel
- Slumdog Millionaire
- Gladiator
- Bend It like Beckham
- Billy Elliott
- Cool Runnings
- Eurovision: The Fire Saga Story
Yes Billy Elliot please. Not a lot of channels react to this movie.
@@besupaaa exactly! great story and fab soundtrack!! They might need subtitles on! 😂
This is a really great suggestion list. Seconded!
Nice reaction guys, nice way to finish this trilogy. I suggest Shanghai Noon and Shanghai Knights with Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson next. My favorite is Rush Hour 2.
I been waiting for this reaction lol
So good!! Try “The Cowboys” with John Wayne!! Very different Western.🤘🔥
This would be excellent for them to watch!
Memoirs of a Geisha is a GORGEOUS, fascinating movie that features a lot of the actors from this series and from Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.
The big guy is Sun Ming Ming. 7’9”
He had a short lived basketball career.
Edit: I think Rush Hour 4 is in production.
If you would like to check out John Wayne - check out The Quiet Man - one of my FAVORITES, with he & Maureen O'Hara!! SO GOOD!
Rush Hour 3 is my favorite Rush Hour movie. There’s just so many great scenes.
And-GREAT-humor scenes. The scene with the french nun had me laughing out in the cinema when I saw this movie at the theatre. And I laughed at that once again here also. LOVED the Rob Squad's reactions too and REALLY enjoy their channel.
The very tall guy at the beginning was Sun Mingming a Chinese basketball player who is 7'9
Chris was also in 5th Element with Bruce Willis. A great sci fi fantasy action movie!
Some cineasts may have recognized Roman Polanski as the French Inspector. That gives me the opportunity to recommend a classic by this director: "The Fearless Vampire Killers" (1966) - it would be soo perfect for Rob Squad Movie reactions. (and that movie will remain a classic - regardless of what Polanski has done or not)
In regards to how they shot Jackie’s stunts, I recommend the movie Hooper from the late seventies. Stars Burt Reynolds as a stuntman and filming stunts are preformed with Sally Fields as the romantic female lead. Very funny and has amazing stunt work.
I’m sure somebody mentioned this but you do realize that they after canceling it officially Greenlet rush-hour 4 and they’re saying the end of this year or 2025. Chris Tucker said he is definitely reprising his role.
Hey Amber, glad to see you are feeling better. Lots of love
Love this shows
you guys should do a video of just watching rush hour bloopers there soooo many and they’re hilarious, you guys would love it!!!! love your reactions 😂♥️
Amber & Jay, my husband & I love to watch your reactions. We have two suggestions for Jay. We know Amber, you look for sports suggestions for Jay. Both are true stories. We Are Marshall or Miracle . We love watching you watch movies & music for the first time. We are old enough to be your parents, lol. We have a son of our own that's 30. Keep it coming. You make us smile. 😊
Another true sports movie is The Pride Of The Yankees (1942).
Love you too together love you smiles and laughter, love me some Rush Hour. God bless and thank you so for brightening my day 🙏🥰💋
Hey Rob Squad
If you remember around early May last year, you reached out to me and complimented me on my dedication to your channel, enthusiasm and movie tidbits/choices for you to check out
You even said I could help you construct your next poll as a birthday gift and I was honored to do it
It was heartwarming to have that offered 😊
Now, THIS year, I turn 30 years old
I'd like to go a bit further
I'd like to pick the movies for Monday may 6 and Friday may 10, both being movies I've suggested over and over again and are MUST WATCHES
First, I'd like to see your reaction to Gladiator, which happened to release when I turned 6 in 2000
Second, I'd love to see you watch The Rookie, a true story baseball movie that stars the same actor in this movie you dropped today, Dennis Quaid
I love both movies alot because of their connections to me and honestly, both are overdue
They're not just for me
I'm sure others out there would want to see them on this channel
Please grant me another birthday wish
I'd love it if you gave me a shoutout again too! 😁
I'm baack!WITH THE BEST REACTION DUO ON UA-cam
You guys should dive into some of Jackie Chan’s other classics. “Supercop” and “Mr. Nice Guy” were my favorites growing up but there are so many
This Sue Young is cute but the original(all grown up now) is gorgeous! 😅
First comment! I love y’all and your content. Please keep them coming 💯❤️
Three scenes that I’ve noticed are almost always misinterpreted, one from each Rush Hour: the ‘wink’ from Sang in 1, Carter’s clever rug screen from Ricky’s death scene from 2, and Genevieve pulling the gun strapped to her thigh in 3
She was pulling it because she knew the Triad chick was behind her trying to murk her, not because she wanted to use it on Carter
That’s why Jackie has that moment where he notices the once-closed door to the bedroom is open, which she noticed at the same time
It’s also why she immediately knew where to point her gun when Jackie showed up, cause she already knew where the lady was but had been trying to be slick about it
Plus you have to figure, if she wanted to off Carter, why would she bother waiting that long instead of just coming out of the bathroom blasting or when they were talking earlier
I also think people are being too hard on Lee sparing Kenji, I mean it’s easy to be an outside observer just looking at a gang villain but this was not only his brother, but a brother he felt responsible for falling to the gangs in the first place
No offense, but I don’t believe anyone that casually claims they would have done him in at the beginning if they were in his shoes, and even if so, that’s actually somewhat concerning to be that willing to murk someone who was that close to you the moment you see any bad in them
On that note though, I’d like to end with a positive recommendation for the alternate ending of this movie, which is far better than the one they used in my opinion, it wraps things up much better
It's just after 6am and I'm off to the gym 🏋️♂️ however, I loved this reaction team!! What I loved most about it was the part Jay cracked up at, This boys on steroids he's got a head like Barry Bonds 😂😂😂😂 that part gets me every time!! The wife always says, why do you find that so funny, until I showed her a pic of him 😂😂 well done 💙
I am u. And you is me 😂😂😂
Great reaction again guys..
Hope y'all read this...long time fan here..
React to HAIR (y'all gonna love it.. hippie movie....lol)
also, WE ARE MARSHALL..football/ tragedy..
The old actor playing g t he villain is legendary actor Max Bon Sydney. Two movies of his are The Exorcist (1973) and The Judgement At Neumberg Trials(1961) in which he won best actor Oscar. The first movie is self explanatory but the second film is about the war crime trials of Nazi criminals. Max plays a German lawyer defending the Nazis. This is one of those movies that everybody should see at least once and that is enough. The movie is very long with some traumatic parts.
My mistake I got Max Schell mixed up with Max Bon Schydow
That was Prince he was singing to.
5:06 that's the actor playing Torunaga in 2024 series SHOGŪN
They are currently in the works for a Rush Hour 4
Really it is rare for a Jackie Chan movie to go beyond a third movie let alone a second movie in the franchise.
A little trivia; the annoying little french policeman is played (unaccredited) by Roman Polanski, one of the best directors in the world (a polish Jew, who survived the war as a kid by making a fake foreskin and pass for a gentile), who lives in Paris, because he had to flee from the US, due to a set up "rape" of a minor money scam, during a party at Jack Nicholsons house and Polanski is still wanted by the US since 1978. Sharon Tate was Polanskis 8 months pregnant wife, that was butchered by Charles Mansons gang. My favourite Polanski movies are; "Chinatown" (Jack Nicholson), "The pianist" (Adrien Brody), "Frantic" (Harrison Ford), Rosemary's Baby (Mia Farrow), "The Ghost Writer" (Ewan McGregor) and "Cul-de-sac" (Donald Pleasence), among many.
Mr. Jay and Ms. Amber Rush Hour is My favorite movie all 3 of them are the best Comedy Movies. You want more Chris Tucker movies I'm suggesting Friday with Chris Tucker and Ice Cube.
Rumble in the Bronx is a must. It is a great movie.
Hey Amber and Jay how are you guys doing? This movie is HILARIOUS!
Jackie Chan and Luke Wilson got 2 great movies called Shanghai noon and Shanghai knights , that are really funny too
Do Me Baby is a Prince Jam from the early 80's.
So the Rush hour movies are done, but you still have some Beverly hills cop left i think, and there's still 48 Hours and Lethal weapon movies (and probably lots more in this genre)
Rush hour? Let’s go! ❤
