I guess this happened because i drew for 6 hours straight huh.
God damn, how do some Mangakas who draw for like 10 hours straight not get it?
@@rockingtundra2830 No bro they push them selves to do it. Or they probobly take a few breaks cause theres literally 24 hours a day. Or theyre probobly god cause damn.
I stopped eating meat for several weeks and I experienced carpel tunnel syndrome.
I began eating meat again, esp. beef liver😪 and taking more B complex vitamins .... (be sure to include B6.... my old nutritional almanac says CTS is a B6 deficiency)... from food sources and Im fine with no more pain. Do be careful isolating B vitamins this can cause a deficiency in another B vitamin. I think only God knows how much of each one we need....so foods is better.
I dont want shots or surgery. I dont want to eat dead animals either. 😪
God bless YOU reading this.
Help, a lot of these vids are being recommended to me and I can't stop watching
Can you please do research and make a video on "mirror movement"?

What happens to the ligament that is cut down ? How soon the ligament is recovered ? After it is recovered won't the pressure build up again ?
who moves their whole hand when using a mouse? I just move it with my fingers without even lifting my wrist up.
How, show a video of this, teach me this secret
@@theleanbusinessman5431 you just.......move the mouse with your fingers instead of your wrist
So can people just live a normal life without the transverse carpal ligament?
I'm pretty sure I have this. I do a lot of repetitive motion with both of my thumbs. I sometimes get a bit of pain and sometimes get a weird tingly (not really tingly) feeling. Do I need surgery or would a brace be good? I'm 13 btw.
How has it been so far? Still hurts or the pain/numbness have gone?
@@hankshubI love your commitment commenting on all of these posts. I can tell you were worried. How has your carpal tunnel been?
I have numbness in ulnar nerve and my median nerve also not work properly i fell weakness and pain in median nerve. Plz can u tell me which decease i have
THIS IS WHAT HELPED ME: I had been suffering for months with the pain and tingling hands in the middle of the night, that even getting out of bed and trying to walked it up didn't work. I was desperate. I had been trying to get relief with the glove, stretching and taking ibuprofen before bed. Well, I found an article that suggested to place a pillow under my legs while in bed. OMG I'm telling you, this save my life. I haven't experienced another bad night since. Just stick with the pillow. I hope this helps you as has helped me.
How are you today?
Why do they never include the fact that the thenar and hyperthenar muscles can die and never return if the carpal tunnel is left untreated for too long??? I lost so much use of my left hand, it's been left misshapen from all the muscle death. Can't do thumbs up, can't hold anything between my thumb and index finger, my hand works like a hook now.
I would have loved to seen a recurrent branch of the median nerve in these graphics. Also, is there any conservative treatment that could be mentioned, like physical therapy? Often times, PT is just as effective as surgery (e.g., findings published this week on spinal stenosis).
How has it been so far? Still hurts or the pain/numbness have gone?
@@hankshub Good questions, I did not originally report any symptoms, maybe someone else on this thread?
@@MikePascoePhD oh ok

Is your wrist and arm doing better?
For Programmers like me, just increase your mouse DPI to reduce the movement of your carpal tunnel. just practice it.
use your elbow more then the wrist if you can help it

I hope Nucleus Medical Media makes videos for the full biology degrees (BA and MA and PhD) to students, we would have a better world and we won't suffer boring textbooks a lot as the main studying would be in videos.
