Impressive curb appeal but most rooms do feel very cramped, I thought the idea of 'open plan' was to give the feeling of space, guess it may have helped here but I could find you more impressive homes for £1m. I still want you to tour the £4m house for sale near St. Austell, Cornwall.

The staging for this house is seriously lacking, furniture in areas where it makes corridors look narrow, window shelf crap, bicycle on a mildewed patio. CATS! Gates on stairs. Visibly poorly maintained patio.Chandelier lights dusty and dirty, Beds poorly made. Surely the home owners knew that a video was being made, this would make me worried that maintenance was neglected. Red Flags!
As always you do your very best to make a somewhat mediocre house into an attractive purchase. Unfortunately you cannot transform a cider into a champagne. I'd like to see more houses in Surrey. Real luxury houses, please, as it seemed to be the purpose of the channel.
A million pounds for that? I think not. Invest that million abroad and get far, far more for your money instead, aswell as a potential rental income. Frankly, you'd be stupid to buy property in the UK right now anyway. Its a dead market that is looking at a very substantial crash coming.
