This is one of the best architectural reviews I have watched - really authentic and I can feel your genuine interest. I always wanted to be an architect as a child and to me buildings are 100 percent about how you can connect with them 👌👏
Definitely not a shell of a Formula 1 car, as he mentioned in the video, needs to do a bit more research, aside from that, I enjoyed the presenting and house tour.!!
This property is very minimal but you can add your own stamp to it like maybe some blinds for all them windows and pictures on the bare walls and it would make a brilliant home, wonder if the cars come with the property :), Jas and Tom again beautiful presented
Always enjoy your house tours... this one left me feeling empty as it was not homely enough. Very hard solid plain grey and white walls and surfaces everywhere. Most rooms lacked imagination and repeated themselves over and over again... like a reoccurring nightmare where you can not escape the same room. Thanks for the tour!
On the 13th day of Christmas we’re bringing you a stunning example of modern architecture in the UK. Opus House sits on a 2 acre plot on the edge of Penn in the Chilterns and offers a luxury car showroom, heated pool and so much more. Today’s upload is coming to you a day late after a technical upload difficulty yesterday but this amazing home was definitely worth the wait! 😊
You mention it has cladding, would be the same as Grenfall Towers that one that got burnt down. Hope this house doesn’t catch fire due to the cladding you mentioned
@@alimuzhussain8394 What? Do you not know what "cladding" is? It's anything that you "clad" the exterior of your home with. Here it's clad in danish brick (not flammable) and English oak (wood, if that isn't obvious). What burned on the Grenfall towers was the poly fibre insulation that backed the cladding panels. They were neither specified by the architect nor up to building code. This has nothing to do with Grenfall in any way whatsoever.
Beautiful home, one thing I noticed considering the minimalistic look on all the window’s especially in the upper bedroom no electric blinds in conjunction with the bedroom switches for privacy?? BUT a fantastic home for sure….. less inside so often better than cluster ….. gets my vote for sure.
This house has been on the market for a while now and it is stunning and it has many great features. I've seen properties on 2 and 3 acre plots before but they never look as huge as the garden on this house, for two acres it feels like a lot more outdoor space than it is. The only thing I'm not sure about are the doors in the bedrooms on the first floor that open out onto nothing - no balcony or glass balustrade to stand and look over the grounds, that feels really unsafe and unnecessary especially if you have children but other than that it's an amazing property in a great location with many unique and individual features that I've never seen in a home of this calibre before. Great tour guys, thank you both for your videos.
I agree with you. I believe it is a health and safety issue having no railings out the French windows. An accident waiting to happen. It's not a practical house. Definitely not child friendly or safe. It reminds me of an office building. Not worth the money in my opinion.
I love your content guys, u can see that u comute a lot, always a video in a different part of the UK, always with nice apartments and houses, for all kind of tastes This is hard work, i appreciate that Thnx for the constant video guys
Great video guys, your energy is a joy to see. This home has been in my thoughts, it absolutely ticks all the boxes. The big open spaces are a great canvas to create. Thank you for sharing such a delightful tour. 😊🙏🏽. Happy Holidays.
@@TheLuxuryHomeShow I wish you all the success. Please do ignore negative comments on UA-cam they do not deserve the attention of such great energetic souls. You guys have done an outstanding job as always, great tour :)) this one has more a feel of a company headquarters than a home, so, I wouldn't spend my fictitious £8 million here, but thank you for the video it's great :))
Oh man, that little inner "courtyard" they use as a gym would be perfect for placing some greenery on both sides, which would crate a sort of privacy for both of those bedrooms and also something green to look at and maybe even a wooden walkway in the middle over a small water feature that wold connect the two pieces of greenery and it would bring a little bit of the outside in...
I delivered a Starbucks order to this property a few weeks back and could have sworn I had seen it on UA-cam before 😂 Literally left me speechless once going through the front gates to see a place like this in person.
Lovely house, only one thing i would change is it looks like the only way to the car lift is across the grass? Definitely would have to pave a drive way to it, wouldn't like to cross the grass in the rain & mud
I’m guessing these cars very rarely leave that garage. These are more of a showpiece by now rather than the actual means of transportation. The insurance alone would probably be something like the rent for a two bed in London Zone 1
Hello Sky Jaws dear friend I hope you are fine . I guess you are interested in architecture and villa design. If you are interested in these topics I'm glad you visit my channel Our team uploads new videos every day, I am sure you will like them
Great video and thanks for sharing. I live in High Wycombe and know where this house is. It looks amazing but for that kind of money I'd expect an indoor pool and not an outdoor one, even if it is 14 metres long. I actually think this house is significantly overpriced for the area. Penn is very smart, but it isn't Beaconsfield which is where houses in this price range are not uncommon.
A lovely home with simple lines and practical areas. I think one bedroom can easily be converted into a home office as well. Awesome!! How far is it from London, and what different modes are available to get there?
A gorgeous home, with impeccable details. All but the master bedroom ….who would put the bed in that position and not facing the fireplace/walk out doors/windows.
Beautifully designed home what more would you need has it all I guess but not sure about the lack of track to get my Ferrari into the basement garage 😊
Happy to see the shoes were removed, that is “respect” to the home owners and the builders who build the house. Nobody wants to see a dirty shoe smears dirt on the artwork.
I wouldn’t choose to build my mansion like that in High Wycombe, each to their own though. There are bigger houses in that area though, not sure if they are as modern as this house though.
The kitchen it tiny for the size and prices of the house. The floating stair is beautiful but it's really narrow for a home of this size. This is the first luxury UK home I've virtually toured that is completely open plan like you often find in a modern luxury American home. I suppose a woman in a skirt or a dress might feel awkward walking across those glass floors.
I live between SE England and California. I always laugh at outside pools in England, the cost of them is far greater than in USA while the use you get out of them is minimal and by US standards they’re always cold, even when you heat them. You have to be hardy. Indoor pools make sense but are obviously incredibly expensive. You’d be better off outdoors with a hot tub yet these are relatively rare in England. I have neither at my English home and both at my American one!
Bathrooms' sinks disproportionally small, rooms lack a bit of individuallity being all the same. Shape of the property splendid together with pond and garten. A feeling of calm and serenity.
I am curious of how they get away with the bedrooms downstairs without a second means of egress? In the US, they would be illegal. Or did I miss the second means of egress in case of fire?
You're right, we have similar rules in the UK. - All ground and first-floor rooms require direct access to a hallway, and/or a fire access window/door. But there are slightly different rules for basements (which this would technically be), which means so long as those bedrooms have access to a stairway which leads directly to an escape route they are technically compliant.
In the USA you are 5 times more likely to be in or die in a house fire than in the U.K. The U.K. has cool weather and a lot of rain year round so it’s never tinderbox dry - most houses are damp! - and there are differences in construction and in materials which means buildings are far less flammable and you have longer to get out in an emergency.
But here im thinking to get this think that those people who are residency in high society so far from city how they could get to reach to city and get they back for their home grocery or any thing? Must me reply . Thnk u

Thank you! We’re glad you enjoyed the tour 😊
The bodyshell on the wall is an early 70s, Ferrari 312PB. And I believe the big picture to be the start of the 24hrs of Le Mans in 1970.
Man of culture I see
Yes a Le Mans car not F1.
Definitely not a shell of a Formula 1 car, as he mentioned in the video, needs to do a bit more research, aside from that, I enjoyed the presenting and house tour.!!

I love the bricks! Spectacular looking home. Lovely simplistic yet filled with snazzy design features hidden everywhere. 🧡

You 2 really can sell a property. Young, vibrant and exciting is what makes your videos so special. I wish I had the money lol....
Really interesting mix of design. Part manor house with the shape of the roof's and a Scandinavian interior. It works incredibly well.

Hi Guys, Thank you for showing this spectacular property. Definitely up my street (one can dream)! 👍🏽
Stunning. Piece of art.
This is amazing 🤩
Simplistic..stunning ..
Tom And Jas = 'TAJ' which means 'Crown' in Urdu language. You two are very much the crown of this channel.
What an amazing house, inside and outside, would be great to see the gardens in the summer, thanks.
It is beautiful, and the car collection is a bonus! 🤩
Finally you are able to say Bidet. Just astounds me that more luxury houses that you show, don't have these. Best Dave
Very lovely property, you 2 are the dynamic duo, very nice presentation in Instagram & UA-cam.
That is an amazing home with so many features. When you get a bit of the way out of the city your money gets you so much more.
It isn't High Wycombe, it's Penn. It's like 5 mins walk from the Old Queen's Head.
Hi 🤓 Thank You So Much 🇬🇧 LOVE ❤️ UK
You are so welcome😊
of course im getting one--i was thinking more city spot--a manor has its charms and traditions--send the kid to eton.. kinda liking this
It could double up as a morgue, with living stiffs as an alternative.
Lol
Awesome property. Well designed. Nice tour. Good job 👍
Another stunning house , not to my taste but you have got to admit it’s nice
Love the long bricks

@@adastra79 true that, i just mean if it was my own house, i would use it for my daily cars and would want a drive to the lift.

Great vid guys, beautiful house. The downside for me is having o drive on the lawn to reach the car lift, in MO, a design mistake.
This is gorgeous 😍 simple and sleek 👌🏻
So great and yet, where it sits, it seems to get a lot of shade through much of the day, which seems like a real drawback.
Beautiful garden and ground.
*Looks Beautiful* 👍
this house is basically ferrari themed i’m in love
A Window Cleaners WET DREAM!!
Looooool

Yeah, it's a lovely house in a great location. Just way over priced for sure. Even in Beaconsfield you'd be hard pushed to sell it for £8m.
I'm curious how those first floor doors passed building control with no guarding. Seems like somewhat of a fall hazard to me...
A lovely home with simple lines and practical areas. I think one bedroom can easily be converted into a home office as well. Awesome!! How far is it from London, and what different modes are available to get there?
Such a beautiful house ‼️‼️
The staircase looks lethal, no handrail?!
A gorgeous home, with impeccable details. All but the master bedroom ….who would put the bed in that position and not facing the fireplace/walk out doors/windows.
s lovely one of the best I've seen pls can u do some in ipswich
Love your videos!
Thank you!
Thank you ☺️
If safety and privacy were not a concern
Electric blinds
@The Luxury Home Show please can we see moderm mansions in Nottingham and surrey very very modern luxury ones please xx
fridge right next the cooker!?

I would jump! Give it a go. Once?!
Do you know how much business you are giving the Lottery? Are you on commission?

Not really a fan, looks too much like a snazzy office, the dining room is like an office canteen
Like the exterior though
Great video as always

Good price.nice property

What camera do you use? Looks great!
Does anyone ever place a flatscreen TV correctly? It should be eye-level or lower - never higher, as it strains the neck when looking up.
omg a house in high wycombe, looks nice though kinda expensive i would say but it makes sense nd not my style but there’s quite a bit of space with it
Incredible!
Would love to know who owns that property.
It’s not a Formula 1 car it’s a sports car and that picture is Le Mans
Nice house but inside it appears to have the dimensions of a bedsit which is very disappointing for the price tag

Dull house, matches the two of you perfectly 😂
My type of gaff.
Nice but 8 mil does seem excessive for what you get.
Not a formula one body shell. Not a chandelier (light fixture).
lovely house, but you could get the same lovely house in the north east for a 5th of the price
True but then you’re living in the northeast.
Come on lotto numbers 😂😂

if you can afford a place like that, you ain't worried about running costs
About the car lift, so weird to pay for such an expensive feature and don't provide it a proper access from the driveway.
