There are few corrections in this video to be made i think:
1) earned leave is same as vacation leave
2)even I’m not sure, I think for Bangalore base location employees earned leaves cannot be converted to money, if not utilized
Leave policy is changed right, .
You can clarify on these 2 things

Hi savipa, I applied in accenture R2R position 3 -4 months ago.
CID Generated.
It is continously showing your profile shortlisted & is under pending review.
They are not taking any interview & not even giving any update.
There are various other jobs as well in which my qualifications fits very well & Whenever i try to apply those job,
Portal states ,"your resume is in our data base" & Application does not proceeds.
I filled the EAF as well.
I tried to discuss the matter with some HR but they did not responded me properly.
I am feeling helpless now.
Please tell me any solution.
Hi yogesh, yes it happened with many of the candidates too but you need to tell the recruiter this concern to help you out when they call you or else to remove your profile so that you can freshly apply for the other jobs in Accenture or you need to raise ticket in Accenture support so that they will guide you the steps on this
Ma'am it has been more than 3 months they haven't approved my tasks. Why is it taking so long I am really worried. All my classmates have received Offer letter but mine aren't approved yet
Sometimes there will be reverification that might be the reason
Mam can we take leaves during the training and if the between the training someone has a important work then how they can take leaves for 2-3 days between the training?
Hi as far as I know you can take leave with approval of your HR. But make sure you prepare well for primer assessment

Hi I have 24 earned leaves now I'm in notice how much they will give in full and final settlement for 24 earned leaves
It depends on your salary, for each earned leave there will be some fixed amount for suppose 1500 like that, it varies with salary

You can check mandatory leaves and optional leaves in Dipa location wise it would be month wise I guess

Hi I was not know indepth about this. But it might be the DBA administration role. You need to monitor the servers and troubleshoot issues, you will be provide role wise access I guess

Anyone is fine, but while sending mail to poc, try to keep HR in cc if on bench, it's suggestible

You need to take approval from HR. They would provide leave then
