If you are unable to edit, you can't fill right, if anything is wrong they will mail you, you can reply to them whatever problem you faced.They will help you

You can merge jpg or jpeg (any image format) as well, please search in Google and upload both sides
Hello mam can you please clarify my doubt.. I have recently shifted my house but all my govt id's contain my old house address. So during verification in the current address column can I type my old address itself for a safer side since all my ids contain that address only? As far as I remember I guess we were not asked for our address during registration process. But in case if they asked and I have filled my current new address, will giving old address in the address column of the document upload cause any issue? Can you please suggest me if I could go with the first idea I mentioned?
You could keep permanent address as your old address and current address is where you are staying if they send you laptop to your old address then is it possible to go to that address, so that's the point please take your decision

I applied 16 months ago....2 months back document verification started, i submitted all the documents. Still 2 tasks are not approved. They are taking too much time. No response from the team. Raised many tickets, bot will will reply to the tickets stating please wait the team will followup. No point of contact to the team. I applied on March 6 2022. Don't know why the process is going slow for some candidates. I know few people whose profile are moving slow like mine. Some of my friends applied after me, they are all onboarded within 2 months. Don't know why this is happening to my profile. Posting this comment to let others know that this type of situation will happen to some candidates. Please help me with the next step

I got task mail on 21 sep but in that tasks under backlog section only 4 slots are giving but in your video there are 8 slots. I have 5 sheets to upload where should I upload those?
Candidates told If the backlogs are cleared now then you need not upload backlogs in backlog section
What if i recently completed my btech and i have certificates till 6th semester and don't have 7,8 semester certificate and don't have provisional certificate what to do
You can mention them, they will provide time, until you get your certificates

Please ask your College management to provide soft copies having the college seal, tell them it's very important for your onboarding

I have received a task rejection email, to change the subject name as per the marksheet. But I am unable to change the subject name. the field is grayed out. I have raised ticket but ticket is closed mentioning that team is still verifying my documents.
They might be checking, wait for a day and ask to provide edit option to rectify

As far as I know it won't create a problem as you have already cleared the subjects

In backlog section, backlog part you need to upload as far as I know they could get to know you got cleared through other sheets I guess

If you have cleared them now , you need not upload backlog certificate in backlogs section the one which you cleared, those certificates along with your regular certificates you can merge and upload

You can upload if they ask for original sem sheet, you could tell them you haven't received yet
My application name and School certification name is different. In my school certification my full name is there but in Accenture application my full name is not there what to do

Original degree will be given bit late, you can convey to Accenture team through mail to provide time

As there are many candidates who would have resubmitted, they will take some more time for verification please don't worry it will be verified soon

12th certificate they would give you bonafide or long memo type, if you have this you can upload, if no other option left upload puc certificate

I have a question: I have only 1 backlog in 2-2 sem, but I cleared that in 4-1 sem. To get the passed subject hardcopy of marksheet by jntuh till now we didn't got. In document verification will there be a problem on this. ( we have marks which we have passed by jntuh only hardcopy marksheet didn't released by jntuh) will accenture accept document verification.
As far as I know you can keep marks result copy with 2-2 sem for temporary. Not sure exactly they could allow this. Please get that hard copy as soon as possible

Try putting whatever you have, If rejected, then I hope if you visit or contact your 12th college or school management they could provide you one more original copy.

Actually i have joined college in 2017 due to an Appentics operation I was unable to attend the classes entire one year after that in 2018 I was joined in same college (Actually my certificates were struck in that organization due to that joined same college) , completed graduation on july 2022 without any backlogs, it will effect my background verification or not, what the solution for it, please reply mam
No as far as I know it will not affect, if they ask for any gap, you could it's due to health issue, they will definitely approve

Hi mam, I had backlogs in my first 4 semesters, but I cleared them off before my 2nd year, and later I did not have any backlogs. I didn't understand the process of uploading these because once we have a backlog in our college, they will provide us the semester marksheet by printing the failed subject as F and remaining subjects with pass grades, and later, if we pass that failed exam sometime, they will provide us another certificate with only that particular subject name and semester number by mentioning the pass grade. Now how do I upload these? Do I have to upload only the first certificate that my college gives for each semester where the failed subjects are also printed in the first session and upload the remaining certificates in the backlog session? Or do I have to upload every certificate as a single file from that particular semester, whether fail or pass, printed in a single document?

@@chaithanyavarunkumar3260 hi if you are talking about your btech marksheets then here you go. You will be first seeing blocks like Sem 1 Sem 2 like that so first put your regular marksheets there according to the Sem but remember don’t put backlog sheets. You will be given a separate column for backlogs below. To be more clear , for example if you have M1 supply in Sem 1, put the first mark sheet that says all pass and Fail in M1. And you’ll be given other marksheet after passing the supplementary right ? That marksheet you need to put in the backlog column. Except the first basic marksheet rest you have to upload in the backlogs
@@vaishnavi8597 But for uploading backlogs they have given only four options to upload backlogs but I have to upload 6 backlog memos as I have cleared each subject at different times So what I have to do, Can I leave that remaining memos?
@@chaithanyavarunkumar3260 yes actually first upload 4 sheets Sem wise and leave rest of them. Later they will send a task rejection mail it seems then you can upload rest of them.

my university provides original marksheets after completion of degree.I have been provided attested web copies by my college.
Please check with your college management to provide atleast digital or soft copies telling them that's important for your onboarding or verification. If they are not at all providing please mail to Accenture team asking for any alternative way

1. I have got correction in tasks for 10th passing year, on marksheet the exam date is written March,2015 and i received result in June so i have mentioned june,2015. What should i mention the passing year?
2. Also, My board is ssc as per marksheet i have written Maharashtra state board but still they have given an error.
3. I have completed my graduation in this year but marksheets are yet to be received so which one should i upload as they didnt accepted the online one?

1) if you have completed your 10th in 2015, then the passing year will be 2015 itself
2) Try to keep SSC (board of secondary education)
3)if you haven't received the last sem marksheet you can ask them for time until your college provide you certificates,
But for confirmation before itself you can mail them and confirm

You would receive offer by a month, they will provide you in the mail or site with in how many days you need to accept offer

In normal it should be 2-3 weeks, but for verification sometimes they take more time. it depends on them

No they would do the verification, mostly they won't reject for this

I got task mail on 21st August all my documents got verified my current experience got verified but in prior experience I'm getting my salary inhand i.e.cash and no deduction were made therefore I don't have any salary slip regarding the same but they are asking for salary slip and send me rejection again and again except this document all were verified , everyone who got task mail on the same date got verified except me, kindly help me out.

Are you joining as fresher or lateral hire ?? Because for lateral hires there won't be this task document upload, if you are joining as a fresher and mentioned them you have experienced then they will ask for payslip and relieving letter from previous company, so now only option is to get in call with recruiter and ask them for guidance if don't have contact please raise ticket telling this details

As far as I know it's not 100% they will reject, don't worry based on requirements, they would approve your application too.
Hello mam, I got selected for Accenture and I recently updated my Pan card with new photo and sign which was different from what i have given while applying (number,name,dob are same), now in documets uploading should i upload old pan card or the new pan card.
Try to give the one Whatever you have applied before (old one)

I got insufficiency task. Due date is 5th Oct. How long do they take to approve the document? And will insufficiency will lead me to rejection ? And the comment I got please upload the resume in the correct pdf format? So is it mean the name format of the file should not contain any special character?
It might be due to special character issue too, please rectify it and upload correctly, it would take some long time for Insufficient tasks to get verified and approved

Hello mam please kindly help me with this doubt. I have pancard, aadharcard, driving license and I have also applied for the passport. But I don't have the voter id and I have just now applied for it but my document upload is in a few days. So right now just for voter id alone can I give no will that cause any issue? I think if voter id not there it wont create any problem, if they ask you could tell you have applied for it, yes new issues been identified daily, seems candidate used special character while saving doc, they will send you rejected reason I hope, you can correct then
I had worked for 7mon in another company..I am having offer letter and payslip but not having resignation letter it will affect documentation? My role qualification is 0-11months they mentioned.
You could try getting resignation letter from that company. Once inform Accenture recruiter on safe side if you are not getting resignation letter from previous company. So that they could tell you steps what you should do.

If possible inform the recruitment team before itself and clear this at initial stage, if you don't have any backlogs now, they would definitely approve your candidature

As far as I know it wouldn't be a problem. You can raise a ticket if they reject, and convey them this space issue exists

Mostly it won't be an issue as far as I know, but if least situation any concern raised you can put an name affadavit for pancard name change they will consider

As far as I know, above 60% is permitted, but please check the recent eligibility criteria for Accenture

If your college did not provide yet, you can ask Accenture to provide some time until you get your PD certificate

As far as I know Better to use same resume, but for personal details and skills, don't remove existing details, if you think it's must add extra details

Mam in the prior work experience I have given no, but in my cv I have mentioned about the industrial training I have done in my college . Now I have got task rejection mail saying " Rejection Comment: Kindly update Training details (Company name and duration in DD/MM/YYYY format) in Additional information column " this What to do? I have given the industrial training details only is it ok?
As they have mentioned to add training details you can mention the industrial training details for them. because you can't edit your CV now I hope.

All my educational documents have my Name with Intial letter only.But,My PAN and aadhar have Surname also .
Should I change my aadhar and pan as per the educational documents or should I upload the same documents?
I thought of changing my Aadhar and PAN as per educational documents.But,I have given my name as per the PAN while registering.
As far as I know it won't create any problem initial letter or surname, mostly they would approve, changing process would take time, if you have enough time you can change

maam task got approved on 18 july but it still showing its under validation process even i raise the ticket they are saying its under validation process but task got approve two week before.
Once all documents verification done they would send you offer letter with in couple of weeks or days

As fas as I know you need to select 10+12+graduation and upload the sem marksheets of whatever you completed
What if candidate name in Aadhar / PAN doesn't matches with name in educational certificates..???
If it is stlight change as far as I know it doesn't impact much. If required you can provide an name affidavit
