As far as I know for non-it candidate, it's better to choose cloud.
Hello mam, I have received the onboarding mail from Accenture, it is written gear up for day 1 kolkata which means my location is Kolkata n? But later in the last in bold letters it is written.
Note: You will receive details and reminders about your joining via e-mails and phone calls. Once you accept your joining date, we’ll share details about your joining location..

Unable to access the touchpoint portal. While opening the link it is showing http error 503 service is unavailable. As Tomorrow is the deadline what should I do now?
Once try clearing cache in browser and connect to another network and try frequently opening it again if not working then please raise ticket or put a mail so that they could know atleast you tried

Please retry every 2 or 1 hrs, or connect to other network and try clearing cache in your browser and retry. Sometimes it would be their side technical issue as well. Try putting mail or raise ticket if this issue persists long

Please change your network for internet and try removing cache in your browser sometimes it's Accenture side issue as well, so please wait till few hours of still issue comes pls mail to the accenture team or raise ticket in EAF portal as a piece of proof that you have tried it

Nothing to worry about this, these issues are from their side. You can mail them and ask for their update. From your side try clear cache form your browser if not change network and try again it would work

Yes but when you tap on save, it might be showing error in UI, but backend I hope it is getting saved, that's the reason in mail they said they have received the joining details. But on the safe side try to mail the team stating this issue. If they said they have received your joining confirmation, it would be better

Location details will be in your joining letter. It would be after on month after offer letter generally accommodation details would be 2-3 days before doj

It would be due to technical issues. Clear cache in your browser and try again. For every two hours pls try or connect to other network, if not working before deadline pls mail them or raise ticket

You will get updates don't worry. It would be started internally they will mail you regarding count down to Accenture soon
Is the location and date mentioned on onboarding mail will be same on countdown mail or will they change date and location
Please follow on-boarding mail date and location like specifically offer letter one would be correct

Once close browser by clearing cache. Sometimes due to overload and other technical issues also it happens keep on trying frequently better you put mail to the accenture team or raise ticket regarding this as well

@@divyashri1003 The issue is resolved now. I was just trying back to back. It worked at some time. Try opening the link using your lap or PC. As they said, clear your chrome caches and try.

Hey, I got my doj on 25th july, I submitted the touchpoint link details on time and five days have passed but i have not received primer details. My friends have received but I didn't. Don't worry you will be receiving it they will send it batches wise.

What to do with error 503
It's technical issue, try to clear cache in browser and try connecting to some other network. If not coming still immediately mail to Accenture team or raise ticket that you are facing this issue before deadline

I am trying to signup but at the email verification it is showing "Invalid email submitted, please try again with different email" I have done it with my registered mail in Accenture all the mail receivedfrom accenture is on that mail id only.

Once try to clear cache in your browser and connect to other network. Sometimes due to their technical issue also you face this kind of errors. Try for every hour. If it's not coming by evening pls raise ticket in EAF portal top right. Or else mail them atleast you will have a proof to show them that you have tried but it didn't work

Hello mam, i received my joining date of 26 june but i have one doubt regarding the joining location as in touchpoint it was jaipur but now in countdown to Accenture action items it is showing Bengaluru so is there any idea what will be my location and can i change the location before joining as jaipur is my preferred location.
Just get confirmation from them is only day-1 is in Bangalore or else your total work place will be Bangalore, so that you could request them to give your preferred location

Please call to Accenture support team or else mail them twice they would unlock the account. You Can even try resetting the password I hope. Like due to technical issues you would have got that account is not found

Hey can u help me out with this. What happened is that before joining Accenture in my pan card my surname was incorrect and some other issues I didn't get my updated pan card so Accenture asked me to do name affidavit and aubmit the task and i did. But now as I have got my updated pan card with correct surname so where do i need to update it? Is there any Accenture portal available and now I have been assigned to project and BGC initiation is going on so I don't know what to do And the people looking into this don't reply 😢 what to do ?
I hope it won't create any problem, once speak with HR immediately on Monday, and tell this, like before when pan is not updated you have provided affidavit, now it updated. Ask her steps or any guidance so that it doesn't create any issues further. They will guide you. In Allsec you need to update I guess, but anyways confirm with HR

Hi if you have a recruiter contact please call them. If no contact you have then pls mail them or raise a ticket in the EAF portal. Because they send doj based on batches wise. You can ask them when you are going to receive it I mean which month

While creating touchpoint account shall I give full last name which was given during registration or shall I follow pan card

When I filled the registration form I had to expand my last name even though my last name is an initial.Hence my last name got printed in the expanded form in the offer letter too.Moreover,when I tried to fill touchpoint today,there too I could not give my second name as initial so I had to give the expanded form....is this going to cause any issue?

As far as I know based on previous scenarios, there will be online test mcq's most important thing matters is you should not do any malpractice at any cost, that they observe from webcam. Next will be interview then if selected on-boarding. When the requirement is there they would be mail you for the online test or direct interview

You can change but you need to speak with recruiter or mail them, even if we want relocation also they would allow it based on their requirements

Hi, I recently got a offer from accenture in BLR loc and yet to accept it.
But i have some open queries and needs them to be addressed from HR, but on calling or mailing them they are not responding.
Any idea how to reach them or contact any particular POC??
Only they should respond that is the solution, some of the guys said they kept so many mails for months it means daily atleast two mails later they responded
