Hi mam i am Vishwanath, in 2020 i joined one company worked their for 10 months then becoz of my medical issue i quit the company i approach my hr in company 4 to 5 times but they just avoid me by telling me that we will inform you after contacting higher authority but they didn't even call me for any update , so finally i stop calling them. I am recovered now and i have applied to Accenture through pwd drive as a fresher and i got documentation mail but in that i have not mentioned my prior work experience, will this create any issues in my process in Accenture?

I got an offer from Accenture and HR completely ghosted me, I got mail saying BGV on hold and am unable to upoad BGV docs also Nobody is responding, Accenture has worst bgv and hr team i called 5 to 6 times daily to all hr people not a single person responded back I tried mailing the people in offer also still bo response...after 3 weeks i rejected the Accenture offer... very dangerous organization always have multiple offers when it comes to Accenture

I checked with my details there is no uan created but hr saying that my pf account created what should I do will this affect me in future if i want to work in any other company other than BPO

My friend was rejected for a job at Accenture, reportedly because his previous employer isn't listed under his UAN. This employer predates 2014, when the UAN system wasn't yet implemented. Was this rejection justified?

I have attended the interview in face 2 face and HR told me you are shortlisted and also she told me there will be a video call interview. I have completed that video call interview as well and then I contacted HR and she told me it gonna take almost a month to complete all the process then after few days I got a call and email to submit documents..Does this mean I'm selected for final round?

Hi mam, I have mentioned 3 months internship experience in a company I am going to join. They are asking for a relieving letter or experience letter for the same. But I didn't complete my internship as I stopped it In between so I don't have a relieving letter or experience letter for it . Will this be a problem in background verification?

My friend worked in 3 yrs in a small company and joined in MNC and completed 10 yrs in it.... Now he is looking for change and his problem is that 3 yrs worked small company is closed now. How he has to proceed ? Does he need to go further career with only 10 year experience in MNC or including those 3 yrs as well ? How BGC will happen in this case. Please clarify

Hello mam, I would like to clarify a situation in my past I had absconded from an MNC where I worked for 5 months and joined another company that required an immediate joiner. After leaving, I received emails from the MNC to clear outstanding dues, which I paid, and they issued me a relieving letter. However, the dates on the relieving letter overlapped with my previous employer's records by one month, and this overlap is also reflected in my UAN. I tried to resolve this with MNC at the time but received no response. This happened 4 years ago, and now I am working with MNC. I'm worried that they will discover this and terminate me. I feel extremely stressed due to this situation, especially because I have a home loan and family responsibilities, and I’m not sure how to handle it.
While registering it will not take my last name as single alphabet.. so i entered expansion of my last name..

Hi Maam I do have a question. I got selected for a big four , my current organization is also big 4 . The mistake which i made is while updating my documents for the other big 4 , i mistakenly updated wrong joining date for example if my joining date of my previous organisation is 1st july 2023 i made a clerical error instead of 2023 i have written 2022 . Will it be a problem for background check as I also uploaded salary slips and form 16 on their site + also mail the recruitment HR about the problem but didn't got any response from them. Let me know what steps to take to mitigate this risk.
After one years of experience in small scale industries where sallary given in cash , there is no pf , no bank statement and after that I have worked in MNC company for 3 years and will join new company let say Infosys or Capgemini or Accenture. Is this really safe to share Aadhar card before interview when most of the companies ask for e.g. Tech Mahindra, even some recruitment firm who hire for certain company ask for these details as DOB, email id Aadhar number even at times ask for PAN number.

I have given 2 different addresses to them. one is my Aadhaar address and another one is present living address. They I called me and asked about that Aadhaar address is the right one for send any corriers I said no we are not Living there and given the present living address. after that my date of joining has postponed to next week. when I contact them they said your BVG is not clear. Is address may be the reason for it? If yes what I have to do for it?
Present address and permanent can be different but I think some thing else is causing issue in bgv

I have one doubt, I've work experience from 2019 to till now. I have all the proper experience relieving letter for these 5 years, but in 2017 after finishing the college I did two jobs for survival, I didn't even have the knowledge or aware of leaving proper.
Now the all the companies are using EPFO bgv in that service history those two jobs are visible. I've requested those companies they're not even responding because I didn't work more minimum 6 months.
Is there any idea/solution/advice
