Case 1. If Pass or clear PIP Process then company Retain to you .
Case 2. if fail in PIP then the company will give you these things that are mentioned below.
a . 3 month's salary(Full salary) as compensation excluding PIP Month salary.
b. Will receive my experience letter and relieving letter if fail in PIP .
c . all balance leave encashment in FNF.
After getting pip fail we get 3 month as Notice period so those 3 month is added in work experience?

HR would provide guidelines, try to ask them what's the reason for unsuccessful probation

Can i resign Accenture within 1month of joining? What is the process?
Yes, first you need to put mail to the POC, HR, Manager(if project allocated), then you can call to HR and ask them for noticeperiod or any sheet update you need to do there by raising exit request

There would be 15days to one month I guess check with HR

During PIP you will get salary, after PIP also you would get salary, but job would be insecure

Pip ek zariya hain mentically tortured karna employee per better hain khud resign maaro , manager mostly jaanbujkar pip per daalte hain ek terah se gundapan dikhate hain
I have a worest Manager who didn't provided kt and training blaming with fake stuff i have kept resignation today morning and evening they kept in PIP what to do now please do reply my mental health is effecting.
But the notice period would be 90 days right. Please prepare well for other companies, once you get offer letter from other company everything will change. One more thing I hope once you resign from HR or some exit officer will call you and ask for the exit reason you could tell them about the project manager, what all issues you faced so that you are leaving. But the main thing is if you hold any other offer, it would be really helpful to you. They could request you to stay here and change project...

How do you know you're on PIP? Does HR or the lead send a mail? Will the mail contain the words "Performance Improvement Plan" in it?
Yes they will inform once they want to put you in PIP, then they assign courses as mentioned in video
Hi, if we pass probation period should we worry about falling into PIP?
What if we put resignation in PIP,will it be mentioned in experience letter. Whether I will be getting all the F&F settlement...And most importantly will they accept the resignation..
As far as I know you can resign in pip, the process would be normal to everyone after putting resignation but please check with other folks too if any idea
I joined Accenture in oct 24 and successfully completed my training but still waiting for project what could be happened
Try to get a project by being prepared for your internal interviews don't worry you are a fresher, they can't put you in pip that soon

Hi mam, if we fail in PIP the hr will ask us to resign or he will send termination letter in Accenture. What will be consiquences if we don't wantvto complete pip tasks and willing to leave the company on last day of the pip
It's their decision actually based on their requirement they would tell either to resign, or send a termination letter if they don't feel they need you, if in pip performance is good, then they might take you back but that's not sure. Better to be prepared before itself for interviews
What is SEZ card ? Are there any benefits of it?

Not sure if you reject taking PIP, but if resigned means surely 3 months notice period

Not 100%, it depends on project
Hi Mam,I am woking within project from 1.5 year ,still acc put me in PIP and HR asked to do some certifications.should i start looking for new opportunities outside.
On safer side please put one of the offers in hand or else please be prepared like ready to give interviews. Because not sure why they have put you on pip due to billing issues one more thing after certifications they might take you back or not we are not sure so be prepared

On Nov end i came to know that i came under pip by my previous manager....now im in different project. But as of now i haven't recieve any mail from HR....so what can i expect this time ..will i really come under pip or not?
I guess you are not on PIP as far as I know, because you are moved to different project.
@@savipatechzone818 my previous manager told me that he wants to speak to my current manager about this and also he said that new project manager will be giving you the tasks so be prepared. But one doubt is by this time I have to get mail right from HR.

Hi, what are the consequences when we fail in audit regarding the internet expenses, i mean they will reverse right? Or any other
If in audit it's failed they would deduct that amount in next month salary if they have already paid to you, if they dint pay you, then you won't receive that amount

I have my Accenture (4.5lpa) joining on 24th july and my tcs digital(7lpa) interview results are not declared yet. Will tcs accept me if i resign Accenture and come to tcs?
I hope they accept. But not sure exactly if you have any friends in TCS try to tell them to ask their HR in TCS whether they accept or not
I am also in a similar situation as you, I have accenture(4.5 lpa) doj on 21 august and my tcs results are not released yet( my interview went well for digital role).

Hii Savipa, After completing the stream training or Techgenics exam when I am in bench do I need to go to office everyday ?? DO they check that access card thing whether we are coming to office or not when we are on bench !!
If they told that it's mandatory to attend office then you need to attend office, if they told if you are available on teams for project interviews or work from home kind of them no need to attend. Once please speak to HR if not getting projects
@@savipatechzone818 Ya I asked HR bt he said as per new rules wfh we can't give you have to come to office thrice a week, but if in cases for 1 or 2 weeks we didn't go to office but we were available on trams so will there be any problem do they check the access card in a regular intervals ?
Hey I got mail for Accenture that for 1 year I was in probation and I just only complete 7 Month in Accenture so my probation notice period is 30 days or 90 days because in Accenture exit portal it shows 90 days?
Mostly probation period will be only for 6 Months. Not sure why there is 1 year probation. Once kindly check with HR
