Yes we truly miss this dear man who every day told us about america..he loved our country..he loved our lord and many times talked of him..he was magic in many other subjects..missing him so much..wish our children could have heard him.
I knew this story because my daughter lives near there. We have been to his house (which can be rented out now), and the museum with the patrol car which you can ride in. I love going there, it's like going home - so familiar from all the Mayberry shows I've watched!!! Thanks Paul Harvey!
I remember driving through rural roads of So Dak listening to Mr Paul Harvey and the rest of the story from the radio of my dad's old truck. I'd look over at him and he would be smiling while we drove. His voice still brings me such warm memories. Thank you. ❤

I remember as a kid at 6 o'clock every evening he would come on our radio station and tell "the rest of the story." I miss hearing him. Grandpa would never miss him and that's usually where I was being they lived 1/2 mile from my parents house in the country. That's where I'd be at exactly 6 o'clock to hear Paul Harvey with grandpa. I miss them both
