- We find a nice patch of nuggets left behind by previous detecting activities in our last murchison goldfields area. We are keen to return to the Pilbara area but cannot resist driving through so many gold nugget producing areas of Western Australia without swinging our metal detectors in the hope of finding that elusive large gold nugget. Living off grid to hunt for aussie gold is a lifestyle we love.

I continue to be absolutely amazed to watch y'all go into an area that is so heavily detected and pull out so many pieces of gold. The right equipment, the right technique and the skill to do the job...10 pieces in one morning is amazing.

I’m from New Zealand, I lived in the outback for a few years. The opening scene with the flies had me automatically doing the Aussie salute, brought back great memories! Love your videos.

You can always pick out full time detector swingers in the supermarket by the peculiar gait of a slight rotation at the hips and methodical stride, and one arm dominantly extruding. lol :>)

Really a dream come true congratulations. Those new coils work really well to detect a .06 gold.you were finding the gold others had been there and found gold and were so excited they left their mosquito net.very exciting video thank you and when my Samoan friend and I watched your video he was absolutely transfixed especially when that big lizard showed up on the scene!we prospect in northern California 3 days ago in the mountain lion was prowling around our camp!

12" nugget finder coil is my go to coil now after finding .02 gram piece at the miners den training course for the gpz7000. We bought the detectors late 2019 but had to wait for the restrictions to be lifted. The nf12 is brilliant. Love your channel and look forward to it every week. Cheers.
You both keep proving these later detectors are picking up specks that the antiques missed.

"Chains are used by the prospector for cleaning up a patch of gold. The chain is attached to the back of the belt and dragged over the ground as the prospector uses the metal detector to work in a systematic grid over the patch. This allows the prospector to ensure that he/she has covered all of the patch as thoroughly as possible and have not missed any areas."

I love my NF ZSearch coil, and it’s a pleasure to swing the GPZ now with it. I find the performance very similar to the GPZ14 though I haven’t tried running it in normal properly yet.
