but they did change everything. Enchiladas are made with handmade corn tortilla, queso Fresco, chile guajillo, and they never touch an oven. I 've had these like in the video too. they're good but they are very different to Mexican Enchiladas. just pointing it out.
@@kizeju3542 mmm not at all, the tortilla you can buy it, yes it's better a corn handmade but not all have the time to do it so you can buy them, the chile can be any kind, there are with red chilies like guajillo, green like serrano or even made of mole wich is usually brown, in this video she just use the chile that is in her country and it's ok, and about the oven we have enchiladas gratinadas wich is with the melted cheese like in the video, and you can make them in the pan with a cover or in the oven. The kind of cheese of course it's different but like i said she just use the kind that can be found in her country so she don't change everything just adapted with the ingredients easy to find

Una recomendación respecto a la tortilla, para que no se rompa al momento de pasarla por la salsa se tiene que "freír"(30 segundos por lado) eso las hace más resistentes y sabrosas 🤤. Como veo que te gusta hacer varias recetas mexicanas te recomiendo que cuando se acerque Día de Muertos, intentes hacer el pan tradicional de esos días que es el Pan De Muerto. Como es pan, no se necesitan ingredientes difíciles de encontrar 😐 sólo el agua de azahar pero eso es un ingrediente opcional. Ese pan solo se hace el día del festejo(2 noviembre), pero como nos encanta se hace desde principios de octubre hasta terminar noviembre, en NINGÚN otro mes se debe hacer ese pan
Si fuera tortilla de maíz sería recomendable calentarla en aceite, pero en este caso ella está utilizando tortilla de harina, supongo que de maíz es mucho más difícil encontrar por aquellos lares. Si la calienta en aceite le va a saber a buñuelo! 🤭

If I'm not mistaken, not really. I think chapathi is made with flour and enchiladas are made with corn tortillas. Also, original enchiladas have a spicy sauce instead of a tomato sauce :)
