I chuckle watching you cook with your child because I am now 86 and i learned to cook pretty much the same way only from my Aunt who was watching me while my mother a very young widow went back to work and she was an extremely great cook.. I still make my own food from scratch so i love watching your videos..Many thanks for posting,, I am from the Northern suburbs of Detroit, Michigan.

The stew looks amazingly delicious-- have to tweak a little for my diet-- no wine, no flour. Will replace potatoes with radishes that have been soaked in heavily salted water while preparing stew. Rinse radishes thoroughly before. cooking. Using heavy cream in place of milk. Looking gorward to msking this stew. Thank you for sharing your recipes.❤

I thought about you recently while working on a pork shoulder fall recipe. It was a braised style cook. But I was wearing a white t-shirt and I looked nowhere close to the squeaky clean as you are able to accomplish! 😅😂😊 Thank you for sharing your sweet family. 😊😊 I love the sound of the little ones in the background, too. Ein feines Rezept. Es war auch schön dass das Baby beim Zwiebelschneiden nicht dabei war. Anbraten in Butter ist toll, es muß halt sanft sein. Ich werde die Champingnons vierteln und in einer zweiten, trockenen Pfanne scharf anrösten. In der ersten Pfanne, mit dem Fett werde ich die Zwiebeln anlassen, die angerösteten Pilze dazu geben und mit dem Wein ablöschen. Der Rest ist super. Vielen Dank für die Anregung.
Oh my gosh. you made it the right way i would but with different seasonings. I am diabetic so im going to make mine with sweet potatoes. For some reason, boiled sweet potatoes lowers the sugar. ;) Its going to be delicioso. 8-)

I thought about you recently while working on a pork shoulder fall recipe. It was a braised style cook. But I was wearing a white t-shirt and I looked nowhere close to the squeaky clean as you are able to accomplish! 😅😂😊

Ein feines Rezept. Es war auch schön dass das Baby beim Zwiebelschneiden nicht dabei war. Anbraten in Butter ist toll, es muß halt sanft sein. Ich werde die Champingnons vierteln und in einer zweiten, trockenen Pfanne scharf anrösten. In der ersten Pfanne, mit dem Fett werde ich die Zwiebeln anlassen, die angerösteten Pilze dazu geben und mit dem Wein ablöschen. Der Rest ist super. Vielen Dank für die Anregung.
Oh my gosh. you made it the right way i would but with different seasonings. I am diabetic so im going to make mine with sweet potatoes. For some reason, boiled sweet potatoes lowers the sugar. ;) Its going to be delicioso. 8-)
