      i wouldn’t say he’s a psychopath, realistically this type of catatonic behaviour is possible by anyone experiencing a “loss” whether it’s a friend, loved one or a murder naturally as humans another human’s death is very significant and can cause this deep despair in the mind and he ran with it. As for the detectives they were entirely doing their job but i believe it’s as you say that he studied law as he looked to the detectives as a joke and predictable.

      The best thing to do as soon as you step one foot in a police station (innocent or not) is to ask for a lawyer and if you live in a country where detectives have a right to question you for a certain amount of time without legal representation use your right to remain silent, silence can not be used as evidence of be guilty. Don't even say a peep, police will talk for hours for as long as they can keep you and are looking for an opening. You give them more and more openings the more you speak.

    As someone who has been in a similar position to Stephen (FOR MUCH SMALLER INFRACTIONS), it's easy to say as an outsider, "Oh I would have fooled that detective, this dude's a dum dum." But when you know you did it, you get paranoid that they know more than you, and they play on that, works every time because they know you'll go hard on the defensive instead of someone who might be innocent that would say, "Are you accusing me?" You guys already know that someone who is innocent is gonna be calm and collected most of the time, someone who is guilty usually isn't. But what do I know I'm just some dude on the internet lol.

    • @tobymacdonald5893
      @tobymacdonald5893 Рік тому +2

      Yeah you’re wrong about that lol. Which is surprising considering this is the exact concept JCS tries to teach. Generally the innocent will ask aggressively are you accusing me? (Like you said) Why do you think I did it? They’re more worried about the situation at hand and won’t try to distract from the subject (Stephanie Lazarus) Guilty people will generally try to act calm, like nothing is upsetting them, which a lot of time makes no sense like chris watts trying to act normal when he should be broken - his whole family just disappeared and he’s trying his best to look fine

I noticed on more than one occasion he was wearing the same undies more than 1 day in a row.. although he was so attractive he could probably wear the same undies for a whole year and they'd still be fresh. 🤣
