She's 42 and keeps saying they were "playing" I've never heard anyone say that
Yeah I couldn’t imagine my parents playing hide and seek lmao. A puzzle sure but hide and seek???
This one was weird because she wasn't crazy or psychopathic or a pathological liars like many of the other suspects, she was actually just unintelligent. She straight up didn't understand the gravity of the situation or how the law works. She was surprised that the interrogators were trying to accuse her of something and she was surprised that they arrested her at the end.
I would say “pathological liar” might fit.
@GH1618 maybe, but these seem like a couple of lies she has practised overnight (poorly), but with people like that woman who killed her child, she just spews them CONSTANTLY and with detail because it's what she has learned to do all her life.
Maybe she got possessed by a demon 😐
@@GH-oi2jfim pretty sure that isnt what a pathological liar is?
She had you fooled
This is so fascinating to watch, most killers when interrogated will deliberately fabricate a story to portray their innocence when they know they're not; whilst this woman genuinely believes she is innocent and has deluded herself into believing she is by holding onto her false narrative.
ive watched this case/video a few times in the past and I 100% believe she didnt mean to kill him. she 100% meant to keep him in that suitcase and torture him or get back at him but I think she just got too drunk and ACTUALLY did fall asleep and he died. Like she probably meant to keep him in their for a while and "get payback" or whatever but I dont think she had the expressed intent of trying to kill him.
Just look at how BAD she is at lying throughout the whole thing and he demeanor and tone and everything, and then look at her tone/demeanor etc when she is exclaiming how "she didnt mean to fall asleep" there is NO WAY she goes from being a terrible liar and everything to a PERFECT actor all of a sudden when is she saying how she didnt mean to kill him or fall asleep.
She probably woke up in the middle of the night or the morning and found him and THEN she tried to "make up" the story about the puzzles and painting and hide and seek type shit. But there has to be a little truth in there because there is NO WAY she would be able to force him in there, so at the VERY LEAST we know he got in himself, that doesnt mean voluntarily but we KNOW she didnt force him in and zip it up with him struggling to try and stop it, because there would be no way that would happen. so that SORT of lends credence to the whole "we were messing around/playing hide and seek etc." At the very least we know she convinced him to GET INSIDE himself and then she saw a moment of power that she likely doesnt get in their normal relationship where she can now assert dominance over him and so she zips it all the way and "messes with him".
The fact she was so drunk she doesnt even remember the videos she took make me also think it was actually an "accident" because if she was intentionally trying to kill him from the jump, theres no way she would call the cops like she did and let them have access to her phone and shit. This makes me believe she was SOO DRUNK she legitimately passed out if she was so drunk to NOT remember herself making incriminating vidoes on her own cell phone that would eventually be her downfall.
@@DaFifaKid no bro I doubt it.
@@potthethird its fairly obvious man by her actions after and her behavior during questioning, but hey thats your opinion.

it's very difficult for humans to have convincing lies, you could see it all over her face that she was lying
Yep, there’s very few people that can pull off a convincing lie, it requires a shit ton of knowledge about psychological tells. It would also require a lot of practice and good acting and you’d have to keep this up without knowing what the investigators are going to ask next.

Gotta love stupid criminals. I also love when they snitch on themselves in the interrogation room because they don't realize there are cameras. Or when they're sitting in a cell before the trial and they brag about their crimes to their cellmate or over the jail phone. And they don't think it's recording or that their cellmate is actually not their friend.
how you think to ask that question after seeing what she had just done is kind of insane to me. shes obviously cooked up

something about this video seems off. the narrator sounds like an AI in this particular video and the script seems a little strange. plus the title seems to stick out among all the other videos. i feel like i’m going crazy. especially when he had that weird pause and went “really, reallyreallyreally” that’s what made me feel almost certain it’s an AI. did they fire the dude or something? did they change the script and have to fill in the blanks when he wasn’t available to re-record? is it in my head?

Remember, unless someone is guarding it, you can always open the suitcase easily if you can find the underside of the zipper and slide it with your finger nails until you can get your finger out. As long as no one is watching it and you feel around for where it is.

#1 Rule if the police call you in for any reason, go, then ask for a lawyer immediately. Every little thing you say can be used against you in anyway the police want. Whether you are totally guilty or 100% innocent. In the end they are just looking for someone to blame. That's their objective. This advice mostly goes to those who know they are innocent.
It’s stated whenever you are arrested usually. “You have the right to remain silent, Anything you say or do will be used against you in a court of law”

Total revenge act made possible by Alcohol. From what I’ve read, most likely they were upstairs and around 10:45 PM, with Sarah and Jorge both heavily intoxicated and fighting, Sarah somehow temporarily rendered Jorge unconscious maybe with a bat. Then somehow she was able to place his small body in the large suitcase and fully zip it up. Then, around 11:15, she managed to roll the suitcase with him in it down the staircase. He regained consciousness sometime in the suitcase and is later seen begging for his life in the 2-minute video. In this video Sarah is shown sadistically mocking him in a heavily slurred voice while he is suffocating. This video demonstrates malice of forethought one of the elements necessary for a 1st degree murder conviction.
This is gross and vile to say but its a good thing this happened before she got custody of the kids because I dont want to imagine what she would have done to them.
The jcs reactions are the best ones to listen to when sleeping

This is fucked both ways. He's a domestic abuser, but she fucking murdered him for it. I could even buy the story that she didn't mean to leave him till he died, but it's a hard sell
Obviously he didnt abuse her enough.
@Egg Gge youre so unbelievably brain dead, abusing her is what got him killed.... sounds like you fall not far from his tree
based on what other people have said too, apparently there was a previous picture where she put her son in a suitcase but the police put it off as a game. It seems like this was probably already a punishment she used against him, and just based on how she's acted it seemed like shes probably left him in a suitcase overnight or for long periods of time before and just like those previous times she went to bed thinking ohh, hes finally gonna feel how i feel from his abuse, she went to bed.
@@my_man0493 i felt insane just reading that
yeah i feel its hard to tell if she actually lied about it being intentional or not, prolly shoulda done a lie detector test on the spot, but i wonder what the punishment would be if she did it unintentionally aswell
Hold your breath for as long as you can, now do it while in an uncomfortable position, also you can't get up and you don't start breathing when you want. That's what he went through until the very end.

Crazy i just seen the video too, rip man😔
It's crazy to think that had she not recorded herself literally committing murder in a drunken stupor, she very likely could've been bumped down to a manslaughter charge at worst.
I'm sure the "irreconcilable differences" between her former attorneys all involved her being absolutely unwilling to admit any wrongdoing whatsoever when the lawyers know there's no chance in hell that'll even be entertained as a possibility.
I actually could see a situation where in her drunken stupor she accidently killed him like that, she might have wanted to torture him and not meant to kill him. But then again, she seems completely void of emotions so..
Poor son who deserves a better mom, and poor daughter who lost her dad
She kept low-key asking if she was going to be arrested, but was too afraid to straight up ask.
And when the male detective mentioned his kids would be without their father, she pretended to take umbrage to that comment.
She was elated she thought she was going to leave, and had to play a certain role to play it off.
Detective in red kept modchecking. 🤣🤣
She killed him and then was dragging the suitcase somewhere when she suddenly got a bright idea to make up this story. I feel like i can see the exact decision making process
Everyone being a hindsight andy but the most prominent sign that was given away was how calm she was during the interrogation. No person with a dead spouse that might’ve ‘accidentally’ killed them would be that cooperative and dependent.
She basically admitted to a crime and would be charged anyway. She acknowledged the existence of the suitcase and defended herself as if she was being accused even though the investigators were only asking questions.

all “it wasn’t intentional” got her was she didn’t admit to premeditation so they couldn’t get her on first degree murder. not sure what else she could’ve done or said other than keeping her mouth closed

In that particular case, it didn't matter what the officer could get out of her and that's why they are throwing so hard.
