i saw him few years back and he was hesitant to play this song cause he said he out grew it. but when he did he changed the words to "I'm just jealous cause you're young and in love" hit even harder because it showed him growing up and almost being jealous of the love you can only feel when your young. i was about 18 when i saw it and it made me appreciate the love i had back then because it was more pure and fun. good job jesse you have changed lives.
i would just like to say that i met jesse lacey last night because hes my english teachers brother. i went to the same elementary, middle, and high school that he did. oh and the soco amaretto lime is about the over pass behind east broadway elementary school.. the same school we both went too
Great crowd at this place. I mean, I know that's kind of the thing to do during Soco, but still... it must trip him up to think he's got that many people doing that that without a word he can just go solo and the audience will play the backup vocalists. Leading a fucking choir lol.

Long story short she took off for Florida and I was left in this ancient house in southern Maine. Once winter break hit me and my friends invited the entire school over. Endless stories surround that night. But what I’ll never forget is my buddy Doug pounding this song out while we all sang along. Towards the end my good friend Luke smashed a keystone light over his head in the middle of my room. The entire place went nuts. I’m crying writing this because a lot of these kids are dead now and I’m still here. Of course I got caught the following week after my mom showed back up…. We still had garbage bags of beer cans in the basement. I’ll never take those times for granted. Ever.
@ilovejesselacey1594 Well besides that. Jesse Lacey has to be one of the most humble and aspiring musicians since he started away from TBS. It seems like Artists who emerge from that band just does great things. Take for instance John Nolan starting with Straylight Run after. Now he released an AMAZING solo album. Or even Fred. But, Jesse Lacey just us amazing periodd.
