- I got a bread maker for Christmas from my sister. I’ve wanted one for a while and I can’t wait to make more breads and doughs at home.

It’s October 13 2024 and I’m trying my first loaf as I’m typing this comment, I decided to use your recipe and directions. Hopefully it comes out good, and thanks again for posting this video. You made everything so simple and easy to follow with no nonsense whatsoever. 🍞🍞🙏🏽👍🏽
I needed this exact video
just got mine today for $9.99 at a thrift store brand new in box first loaf is almost done The manual is actually really good I read the whole thing Yours is a lot newer model than mine I think Good reviews
We both have the same brand, I just opened mine and will bake my bread soon
Bringing family cooking traditions into the future!
BRAVO...🙏☮️❤️
Very helpful video ! Thank you ☺️
Thanks for the video. Was wondering if you found a stages table in the manual or elsewhere for the 2lb loaf sizes? I noticed in the book, that I have, on page 22, it lists the French bread machine stages for 1.5 pound loaves. I don’t see the same list for a 2 pound loaf. When I talk about stages, I mean when the dough kneads, when it rests, then the second kneading, a second resting, and then when it gets to the bake function. Most manuals will list a matrix that shows you the stages for each pound that the machine will handle. They will give you a matrix for the 1 pound loaf and the matrix for the 1.5 and then the matrix for the 2 pound loaf I’ve not been able to find that matrix in this manual or anywhere else. If you have a reference to that information would appreciate sharing it. My main reason for knowing these different stages is so that I can take the paddle out before the bake stage and avoid the big hole in the bottom of the bread. Thanks.
Both of your loafs of bread looked amazing. I've had bread machines for probably 30 years now. I generally add the flour and yeast. Start the cycle and then add the wet ingredients by eye as it's mixing. Try the dough cycle sometime to make your own buns and rolls.
I hope to get to the point you are someday!
Also, I can’t wait to make my own rolls!
So I tried 4x yesterday to make bread with this exact machine, following the simple traditional white bread recipe and it wouldn't turn out. Dough is way too dry following the recipe exactly. So I tried adding more water, it didn't bake right. It's incredibly thick and dense and not baked all the way. I bought fresh ingredients for it. Idk what's going wrong. I was so excited to make fresh homemade bread. 😔
That’s a shame but don’t give up. You have to check the dough in the beginning to make sure everything looks good before it bakes.
@@savannam.6512 I have had failures myself. I have learned to work with the ingredients. Especially the wet ingredients for the country white bread.
That all looks amazing! I need to try your bread recipe, I had no idea that you could take out the paddle before the final bake. Happy New Year primo!
Thanks prima! Happy New Year to you and your family too! Yeah I saw some guy do it so I tried it. I like that you don’t have to mess the bread up after it’s baked. 👍🏻👍🏻
Now I want a bread machine!!!
Get one!
Looks good and hope you had happy holidays
I sure did! I hope yours were happy too!
If you're open to it, could you share the recipes to your meal? Those looked delicious, but never heard of them before.
The bread looks wonderful🍞. Happy Holidays & a peaceful 🎉New Year🎆
Thanks Mona! You too! 😊
