- This is our first Christmas Meal video. This was so much fun to make. I hope each and everyone of you are able to spend time with your family during this Christmas season. I also hope that you are able to start the BBQ to share in the love of food and good times like we do.

Meatloaf recipe:

Red Cabbage Recipe:
1 medium onion sliced
1 medium apple sliced
1 medium head red cabbage shredded
1/3 cup Honey
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a dutch oven. Add onion and apple and cook until onion is tender. This will take about 5-10 minutes.
Stir in cabbage and remaining ingredients. Cook, covered until cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally. This will take about 1 hour

That meatloaf looks amazing. I love smoked meatloaf better than in the oven. Never had the red cabbage, will copy recipe. The mashed potatoes looked delicious. Merry Christmas and keep smoking. Oh yeah, your daughter is so sweet.
