I think I lean towards your view as well, but maybe highlighting that it doesn't necessarily mean there is a new unknown prophet hearing from God and writing it into Isaiah, but rather that these are prophecies Isaiah had written down, and when they were being compiled together in a book, or when they were about to be fulfilled, they were adapted for that time period hopefully attempting to quote as much as possible, which may be the case with the linguistic evidence we see. That linguistic evidence actually hits me pretty hard. Obviously someone could have faked it like we could pretend to write like shakespeare, but as you pointed out the talking about Cyrus wasn't even trying to sound like it was prophetic. So what is the purpose of making the Hebrew sound older? I suppose it could be to convince Jews to follow Cyrus and listen to him, but considering what Cyrus has done, I doubt that would be hard to do without needing to fake prophecy. It could also be that they wanted to praise Cyrus and help push his decision to let them go back, but I feel like he wouldn't have noticed a difference in new vs old Hebrew. So overall, in my opinion the linguistic evidence adds to the theory that these are being pulled from earlier prophecy from Isaiah and that perhaps they've simply been reworded for the audience of the time.
