📝MY DESCRIPTION ↓
Yo Ninjas!
I'm Kaio from Italy, a B-boy (breakdancer), athlete and filmmaker.
I love to create, inspire & improve! Sometimes I'm really silly!
In this channel I upload breakdance videos and tutorials ..tips on how to learn breakdance ..but sometimes also some other stuff ! :)
P.S.: oh, why do I say "Yo Ninjas"? Because I love ninjas and I'm a ninja !! hahah - Навчання та стиль
If you need more help to learn the Airflare, check out the guide I made about it: ko-fi.com/s/38c09b2a8f
I used to do breakdance when I was a teenager, now that I'm 33 years old I want to go back and do it at least once before I get older. I've been into Parkour and Freerunning for the last 9 years so I'm comfortable with spins and being suspended in the air. Airflares were the last thing I attempted way back in the early 2000's but I was too scared, then the whole crew disbanded and I moved on. I think It's time to go back and settle this once and for all, I owe it to my 15 yo self.
that's amazing! let me know how your progress will be! :)
Same situation on my side as well. Let's goooo :)
Its not the age . Our friend turns 43 this December and can do 15 airflares . He started 3 years ago .

wow that excercise at 4:00 is exactly what i needed to learn to catch higher🙏🙏🙏🙏

This is the best airflare video, thank you for sharing!
The throw is my weakness because somehow my 90 and my flare is the opposite.
The throwing progression drill might be key for those who have hit a dead end.
Very well continued🌺

What's up! Kaio, I would like to know your competent opinion regarding G-Force Machine. Does it might help for airfare and flare training and achieving?
Hey! I made a specific video about it where I talk about my opinions, check it out: ua-cam.com/video/7-DXmw4W5Ps/v-deo.html

First I need to master my handstand 😅
haha :)) good start!
@@KaioFalcrow Can you make a ultimate HANDSTAND exercises guide😂😂
@@louisyuen9224 hahah yes :P
Very useful breakdown!! but how many handhops on each side are necessary to start learning airflares?
thanks! :) not many, I would say between 2 and 5. Is not important how many but is important the form. If you are able to use your knees properly to push up, instead than your feet, the form is good and they are gonna be useful :)
@@KaioFalcrow Ohh okay bro, Thank you Kaio!!
👍
BEST TUTORIAL 🙏🏽
thankss :)
thanks for the knowledge! how old are you?
Thank you! i'm 30! :)
Hey man! I have a quick question about something you do @ 4:25. This is the first time you do this drill and your foot (left) clears the floor. What exactly are you doing differently from the attempts where your left foot taps? This would help so much! Thank you in advance. Peace!
Hey! what I do differently is kicking my legs upwards and pushing my hips up instead than kicking my legs towards the floor.. so what matters is not only how strong you kick but also the direction of your kick.. if you kick strong but you kick down with your legs, you will fall.. so the difference is bouncing my legs up :)
To explain it in other words, is kinda like the difference beetween a kip-up / kick up and a roll back to handstand. In both moves you start from your back and you have to kick your legs strong, but in the first you kick your legs sideways to stand up on your feet, in the second you kick your legs upwards to push yourself into a handstand :)
is it clear?
@@KaioFalcrow I think I unserstand what you mean. So you're kicking upwards(or kind of bouncing your legs up) out of the pike position and this gives you more height so that you catch higher and your leg/foot isn't so close to the ground. It makes sense! I am going to focus on this next training session. Thank you so much man. I really appreciate you taking the time to reply ❤
👏👏👏👏👏

i never learn airflare with your videos , the videos of faisi are more explaine and progressive
it depends from person to person, he explain that in the vertical method, I recommend this method for who has flexible shoulders or younger people, who can increase flexibility faster with time :)
Beside that, what would you recommend me to improve in my videos?
@@KaioFalcrow in the case of the air flare i recommend do more progessions and no put easy step and from the nothing explain the low form that are to hard the people with no talent like me and other its impossible learn like that way , in 4 months i learn airflare from vertical to low in the tutorial of bboy faisi and bboy seita. i really try with your videos for 3 years and never learn to do the second airflare and i have invert freeze , hollow back and doble air chair i have a good flex on my shoulders for example on the first minutes yo explain super easy thing level 1 and the next minutes you pass to the level 1 to the level 10 be consient the people who see your tutorial dont have talent to the power moves (like my case)and want be like you but you have talent ,you can't explain to people without talent as if i was talented its impossible. peace
@@nintendocore318 I understand what you say, but for me is the opposite, I mean the technique of Faisi and Seita is very hard for me because my shoulders are very stiff (not flexible), so I couldn't learn Airflares in this way.. if you see my Airflare Progression story you can see I directly learn it low, for me was way easier and for a lot of people that are unflexible is easier to learn it directly lower.. in my case I just explained the technique that worked the best for me and for my friends. For flexible or young people I would recommend Faisi, Sambo and Seita videos :)
