thank you so much! for sets and reps, it depends from person to person. I recommend you to start with low numbers.. for example hold the L-Sit only 5 or 10 seconds for 3 sets, and increase the seconds/reps and sets gradually with the time (every 2 weeks maybe)

I don’t know exactly 🤔 I never used socks over shoes, i directly used socks one over the other to make the impact softer and smoother.. so for example wearing up to 8 socks in total 😁😁

For example: You can hold the L-Sit for 10 seconds (maximal number).. so you should hold the L-sit for 7 seconds for around 4 times (3 to 5 times). Then increase the numbers step by step

Welcome :) it’s very subjective, I know people who learned it in just few weeks and others that learned it in more than 1 year.. if you do all the exercises correctly and you have an average flexibility and strength I would say it could take 2 to 6 months but it really depends, could be less, could be more

I can't even do handstand and yet I alrdy learned flare
Handstand is not required for Flares :) L-sit and tuck planche are more important for this move
My left leg is my problem it just keep bending
keep focusing on all the exercises, the more you improve them, the more you will improve the Flare itself
How much time it take to me to learn flares i have already started it 1 month earlier???

Do you need to be flexible for this?
A bit of flexibility is needed, but actually not that much. I recommend to be able to touch the toes in a pancake stretch position :)
