@Bollvigblack the key my brother that he dint explain us the importance of a strong walk over airflare.. and the importance of walk over airflare while squat possition to pump.. mimicking hopping airflare.. i followed him and bboy faisi and thats what help me.. im still trying to get the bigger catch..but if u really focus on walk over it will be ur core foundation to the actual airflares

to do continuous it important to focus on swinging your back leg backwards as soon as you land on your catching arm (scooping leg is important for the first rotation, but the second rotation is all about swinging the back leg, directly after landing on the catching arm)

You need flexibility in your shoulders as well as your hips and legs to be able to do this move without putting too much effort.
That's something nthese tutorials don't teach you.

have with elbowairflare and it dose not work. that freeze transition in a circal shit is fuckin hard and is a cool move in itself as i have managed to do it a few times, but never got beyond that point with the jump and reach over.. still strugeling with this fuckin move.
