Using allocated bourbons to mix into cocktails is some real rich person shit.
There is no reason those bottles are allocated other than manufactured scarcity.

When i dry shake egg white, it creates pressure and leaks, any suggestions?
My suggestion would be a better locking tin, or better quality tins.

These cocktails are delicious. Part of me wants to go to a very republican country club and ask for a Democrat and see the looks I get.

i personally wasn’t impressed w 1800. Try Altos ( Añejo is really good ) & Arrete Tequila.
