Great video, my only suggestion would be an idea of how much the HOA fees are at each building. Sometimes they can be 1k+ per month.

Did you ask how often that Spire parking system has issues? I could imagine that would be a problem if it broke. Whats the timeframe for getting repairs?
I just have one question , what is the value proposition for such high prices , exorbitant HOA fees ? who buys these and how do they make sense financially ? just curious
Oh no! I've lived downtown Seattle for over 10 years now. The market isn't here! These places are so overpriced!
