I've never made the drive to Seattle from Edmonds in less than 30 min to First Hill. Coming home is usually 45 min to an hour although several times it's been two hours.
👍🏻👏🏻😊
Any spots in Gig with Olympic views?
Too bad it’s a really bad 12 billion dollar deficit State and the property tax owners are going to have to pay for it. No thanks. Thanks Inslee, you whacko
1.4 million. Looney tunes man.
It's filled with blue, purple- haired far left 'liberals' everywhere... who will literally get offended at the wind blowing.
Is Tacoma dome still around. I remember we almost got shot there a few times when going to basketball tournaments.
yep it absolutely is
So is gen z ever gonna be able to afford anything....without inheritance? Be honest Bryce. The boomers $crewed us huh?
The rift raft in Seattle prob richer than 99 percent of the rest of the country.
5 acres, 10 acres, 20 acres....bro. How much is that gonna be. 2 million? Maybe some Saudi princes moving over here can afford that. Lots of oil money.
You should make a youtube channel and interview your clients and ask them how they got all their money. That would get a lot of views.
Have kids. You expect ppl to afford kids after paying over a million for a house?
Hay so why don't you guys just build 5x more houses and then the price will get cut in half? Are you artificially keeping the supply low? I'm looking at Google Maps....there is a lot of open land to build still.
Monroe. I can afford a prison cell in Monroe. Seems like a deal. Paid by the tax payers. Probably is they don't arrest for shoplifting.
lol dude, you are so desensitized to these prices huh.
Anyone with a paid off house could just sell their house and move to midwest and never work again.
So you guys allow shoplifting up to 900 dollars right like CA? so basically I do that every day for like 20 years and then I can afford a house?
Oh Bothell. Only 1.2 million. Damn, a bargain!
Hey Bryce rent out your garage to me?
The divide between the rich and poor in 2025 is absolutely disgusting.
Dude, you know that you guys are gonna get hit with the Cascadia quake in your lifetime right? Gonna be the worst disaster in US history. You are really stupid if you move anywhere near the pacific northwest. Those subduction quakes are like 9.0+.
So most people live in their cars right? In campers and vans?
I thought you were trolling me with these prices. You are 100 percent serious. This world makes absolutely 0 sense. Remember when a million dollars actually meant something.
So the taxes each month are almost the same as rent anywhere else in the country. To live here you would have to work like 4 side hustles.
So in order for these prices to make sense the companies pay 400k salaries to everyone? How bout the fast food workers....do they make 175k?
The houses in west texas and oklahoma are 250k.
Does each home come with a helicopter also? For that price....only makes sense. And a helicopter pad.
0nlyf@ns girls?....who's buying this stuff. and where do they get the money. Loony tunes. The avg salary is like 60-70k.
Do you only sell to c@rtel kingpens?
Where does this money come from? I have a top 20 percent job in the country. I can barely afford 350k. This literrally makes 0 sense.
1.8 million WTF dude.
950k that's loony tunes. Who can afford that crap. Won't make that money my whole life.
Anything under 250k for peasants like me?
You're going to have to look elsewhere in Washington. Lewis County. Cowlitz County. Grays Harbor County. Grant County. None of those counties are anywhere close to Seattle. Non-commutable. Definitely 2-3hrs away. Those are some where you can still find houses in the 200s and 300s
basically anywhere that's not Bellevue or Seattle will be cheaper though
Don’t think people are moving away from Mercer Island. It’s mostly old people that are downsizing and selling their house they bought in 90s for nothing.
Most of the people who live there are old Maga boomers
That’s definitely not the case
"Riff Raff" ?
Its boring, it sucks, everyone is one some drug, and it smells like cowshit. I miss that town sometimes.
How are all these places “Suburbs” like federal way really?!😂
Do you have the 2070 plan?
It’s beautiful thank you for making this video I live in Lake Stevens/Marysville area and absolutely love it 😍
That first home, the 2400 sq. ft. home is beautiful. I love the layout and the large lots.
I have been here 18 years and still love it! I can't imagine living in a boring suburb.
That is a nice video, regarding Lake Forest Park, why does the median price is lower than Bothell? I think its location is better than Bothell, closer to both Seattle and Bel.
Thank you for watching! In general, comparable homes in LFP aren’t much cheaper than Bothell. The reason that median price point is higher in Bothell in part is due to the fact that new construction homes are non-existent in LFP, versus Bothell has quite a few, which drags that median price up further.
You would never know it by the cost of a homes to buy.
Good job market here, high wages, but the crap weather is a dealbreaker for me. Only 71 days per year where the gray clouds cover the sky for less than 30% of the day. That’s barely more than 2 months people! It’s ridiculous. Either it’s freezing cold with no rain or if it warms up 5 degrees then it rains nonstop. How people can love the perpetual damp darkness of this city is beyond me. I can’t wait to leave.
invaded junkie communist demonic utopia
Boring, repetitive and uninformed comments. Clickbait title. Don't waste your time watching this self-centered realtor.
I don't like Seattle because im a conservative 6'6 muscular dude whose into guns, cars and other "Toxic masculinity" hobbies who's originally from Miami and people always randomly challenge me because they have little dog syndrome. Yet because i have a Washington ID people in FL are the same but the exact opposite. Almost got thrown out of a bar in Miami because my WA ID. (Assume my size also had something to do with it because the security was definitely roided out but only like 5'9..) My youngest brother is a regular there and a otr pipe fitter taking government jobs all over US so he pays their electric bill so to speak. I can go on and on but in the end the security and bartender weren't even from Florida they were just trying to "Fit in" and kick out the "liberal Washingtonian" and it definitely backfired on them as in conservative and a Floridian not a Washingtonian and they didn't even bother checking my name and how my youngest brother pays their property bills with how much he drinks. Wa sucks for the same reason FL sucks but opposite. Omly place i found people to be somewhat normal is Boston. Very liberal state but still normal and not full of mental illness. They always want to move to Washington and i warned them to visit first because the east coast personality doesn't mesh well with the weak "men"tality full of momma's boys because the men here let their mother's raise their children and you'll always be defending yourself about "not being aggressive or angry" because we're flamboyant and loud personalities I definitely experience lots of projecting from people this side of the country. Like being aggressive. Im more chill then majority of the people here. My wife sees everything i deal with. So random unexpected hostile people towards me for absolutely no reason. Were both looking at renting our house to the government and go down to Florida because we both know we'll take in 180k a year after taxes doing exactly what we do here and take in 90 after taxes.
i live in smokey point but im in thr doen town schools and i love going down town after school and stuff like that i go ti sass and frass and that stuff
Can’t imagine people with rates of 2-3% would want to move unless they’re getting a divorce. Why aren’t prices declining with the rate increase/not dropping.
