This is a great video! Love to see this type of content, you don't really get to see too much of this in the Seattle area! Especially these luxury penthouses.
Great location. Next to everything and only a few minutes to highway 5. I walk by this building every day. Currently, there is some major construction going on at the base of this building. I’ll ask one of the construction workers if the tennis court will remain. Beautiful condominium. Initially this condo was being sold for $12.8 million dollars!! In comparison it’s an excellent buy now. Update: The security guard said the tennis court is also being renovated and is remaining. The security guard has been working here for over five years and also says that the HOA is top notch and everyone is very kind. I work at the Swedish hospital about a block away and have been interested in purchasing a condo here because of the location. Perhaps I’ll buy this one!!
Thank you so much for the comment, and for the update. It's the only building in Seattle with a full size tennis court, so it's great to know that it will remail. Yes, if you work at Swedish, the location could not be more convenient! A walking commute to work would be a dream!
Yes, it's been on the market for quite some time now. The luxury condo market in Seattle has been fairly slow. It is a spectacular unit, thought, even thought the HOA dues are super high.
Is there an open balcony area where you can stand without a barrier above a certain height where you can stand and look down and around at the surrounding views? If so, is that not dangerous?
Yes, there is. It has a sufficient railing to prevent anyone from falling over... and beyond that, I guess climbing over it or leaning over it is not advisable.
I don’t think there’s a condo downtown that could accommodate that many people… your best bet is maybe the convention center in Seattle. It’s been recently redone and it’s beautiful!
I guess that was just the design of the building, when it was originally built. But even though the windows are not completely floor to ceiling, the views are still pretty incredible from the unit.
This is a most impressive masterpiece. You just don't get siting and vistas like this! Were I to appoint this particular gem, Northwest Eclectic would enjoy a juxtaposition of Northwest/Suiattle Tribal with Burgundy colors and sensitivities, particularly on terms of materials and chromatic elements. Less modern, more classic; even Sovereign or Baroque Country remnant would remain an solid but Kingly build.
I agree - it is a very impressive unit. Very tasteful and well done. Thank you for tuning in, and taking the time to leave a comment. I appreciate it!!
For the same amount of money, you could buy 1/2 of this in good ole' San Francisco, both it and Seattle being my Top 2 cities in America... cities I've visited in my youth/college days... Joking aside, there was, recently, a top floor situation in SF, where it's been split in two halves, $12M and $17M, with equally spectacular views. That meant on that SF place, you had to chip in $30M, to get both units, to get the entire wrap-around-view like this one in Seattle...

I was born in the hospital a block away and grew up in Seattle. I can honestly say that after many years of traveling all over this beautiful country, Europe and Saudi Arabia that nothing beats being back in my beautiful town of Seattle! I have yet to take a tour of this condo however this video displays the condo so much better than the photos on Redfin. I hope to tour it soon to experience the “inexplicable” setting.

Thank you, Joseph. I plan to do much more of this!!! I appreciate you tuning in!
When the big one hits, this one will come down hard.
I hope not!

Wow. Beautiful
Thank you so much
This condo was originally listed at 13 million and has been on the market for at least 2yrs, probably because the HOA fee is over 10,000 a month.

Thanks much for responding, appreciate the information.
😊
just curious, !! when you buy a $10 million dollar condo. How many secure parking is including? …. (Seattle is a beautiful city)
This specific unit comes with 6 dedicated car parking spaces, in a secure garage! But it could vary for each building/unit...
Perfect for Frasier Crane
If you know him, you should send it to him!
I'm curious if these are available for corporate events? What is the biggest penthouse in Seattle, we need enough to hold 2,500 people.

@@dariuscincys We are considering the Space Needle, we booked the Pop Culture Museum for last years event.
Those are not floor to ceiling windows! The most important part at the top is blocked? Why?
I guess that was just the design of the building, when it was originally built. But even though the windows are not completely floor to ceiling, the views are still pretty incredible from the unit.

@kiabtoomlauj6249 Well, maybe we'll find this on offer someday.
The deal killer would be having a full size swimming pool above my head. NO WAY!
That's fair - but it's been there for many years now, and hasn't collapsed yet :)
@@dariuscincys lol . . . key word . . . . "yet" 😱 That Seattle Fault Zone lurking in the shadows . . . gonna surprise us all some day.
Must be a 32nd degree free mason
To be honest, I don’t know what that is.. but sounds like a high rank
So close to the ER’s that could keep me alive, that’s sweeeeet.
Come on Tesla stock… daddy wants a condo
Haha yes - great location... close to ER, and to downtown! I am also rooting for Tesla stock! 🤞
Too bad it’s not on the Eastside where you feel safe walking out of your building
Fair point. There are some great options over in Bellevue too…
Makes my reslize how broke I am
You and me both, lol.
Live right under swimming pool and the building/city on quake line…pass.

It's garbage. I've lived in Seattle over 10 years. Garbage , overpriced. Ridiculous. LMAO
I can appreciate your opinion. Yes, it's not cheap, but it's the only unit of it's kind!

then when you leave or enter the buiding, you see meth heads and homeless
unfortunately, yes. Maybe not right when you leave the building, but the city of Seattle does have some serious challenges with homeless.
