I got the Titan plate loaded one when I first started my gym. 160$ for what it is was a steal. Isn't the best and its probably time for a little upgrade but great for the price/space it takes up.
how smooth is this cable stack compared to something you would use at a commercial gym?
You mentioned that you do not recommend as a lat pull down option, however how does it feel doing seated rows with the pulley at the bottom?
