Thank you for this video. You have no idea how much I needed these words tonight. I have tried holding it together for this last week and I can finally have a little break. This meditation helped me let go of some of the stress.
Thank you so much. I'm at my intership right now and i have the biggest to do list ever. And i'm already in a autistic burn out. So i just took the time in my break to listen to this and take some deep breaths.
Thank you so very much. I cried whilst listening to your very wise words, as they made me realise just how hard I push myself. After masking all my life, actually not knowing just what was going on with myself, and GPs telling me it was depression. I wasn’t convinced it was depression. Then in August 2023 at 66 years old I was diagnosed with autism, and this January I was given a diagnosis of ADHD. It was a relief to have confirmation that it wasn’t depression, I now realise that when I reached the point where I needed to see a GP, it was burnout. I am finding it difficult to stop masking and pushing myself. This is the reason why your words helped me so much, and the tears were a much needed release. Thank you again. ❤
That is a VERY good question and is something very much possible, depending on the activity or how you're handling it. All things can create burn out, even joys when they've become overused. So then we ask ourselves, how can we reconnect with them? How can we reconnect with the joy they brought us? Can it be applied elsewhere? But of course, everyone is different :)

Thank you, I started crying after this, not sure why. I had to deal with my dad going into hospital and the sensory overload from that experience is catching up with me, so it was nice to hear something like this 😊.

What if the activity that bring you joy are the very ones you got burnt out on?
