Something that really helps me is breathing naturally, and counting my breaths. Also, a good tip in general, you can't have intrusive thoughts when you sing. We're pulling for you!

Something that works for me is having a queue of 2 separate 3 hour videos so they play non-stop, it helps me to stay asleep for my full desired rest time. Hope you aren't struggling with the insomnia as bad anymore though bro I know that it sucks.

1 week away from 9 months sober. I had discovered Jason's meditation video before my rehab visit for alcoholism. We did meditation there and it made me remember these videos. Life is really hard right now but when i have a night that is filled with stress and worry about financial troubles as well as marriage/relationship issues. This video works really well for me.

I’ve been having anxiety attacks recently I mean I’ve had them before then for the longest time it went away..and it’s crept back..these videos have helped me out a lot too…I am still not sure what is wrong with me either but this has helped tremendously
My brother has covid. Not doing well. Hard for me to sleep. This helped last night. Trying again tonight. Healing energy, love and light to all coping with the pandemic. 🙏❤. UPDATE - March 2023: My bother passed away Jan 8, 2021. - it was too late for him to benefit from the vaccine. But Two years later I am doing much better. I thank all for their kindness and support. @@davidsingh6612 These videos have helped me get more sleep-not every night-a month ago I listened to 8 hour recordings for about 3 nights in a row. Slowly, I did sleep more and they help with relaxation. They are a better alternative than taking sleep medication.

My husband has been going through a lot of stress and anxiety. This meditation has helped him relax and fall into a deep sleep with in minutes. Something he hasn’t been able to do in a long time. I've recently started EMDR therapy, and I find myself coming back to this specific video for weeks now.. falling asleep for me is often hard and if you've taken this therapy you know it brings emotions and trauma to the surface in order to allow you to face it. So this is my second session and the anxiety I face before bed is hard but with this combined with some of the realizations from therapy I'm finding my peace easier. Even as I type this I'm calming down a bit and I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Tonight would have been much harder and longer without you I'm sure.

This really really helped me break through my anxiety or whatever it is I'm suffering with! I got taken into hospital with a BPM of 130 Saturday and apparently have a regular yet irregular heartbeat Since Christmas I've had multiple panic/ anxiety attacks and this video is one of the best ones I've found that help so thankyou so much for it To everyone suffering today/ tomorrow or whenever I hope you break out from it soon and just understand that it's temporary and will pass Much love to you all ❤
@sweeetlittlekittable yes so with some holistic therapy and regular exercise I seem to have broken through it I quit alcohol.....not that I was a huge drinker anyway and gave up nicotine! Set boundaries in certain relationships and just focused on myself......its been hard work but thankfully its paying dividends atm x

I started listening to "the fairy and the leprechaun" guided meditation at 7 years old. I turn 16 in a week and I'm still listening to these videos. Absolutely lifesaving
I use this and a few other videos of Jason’s for my 11 year old and 4 year old and it puts me to sleep trying to get them to sleep 😅😅 before I know it were all out of it!! He has a very calming satisfying voice
I don't have the words for how much I love Jason's sleep hypnosis videos. I wake in a sweaty panic every night in the 3-4:00 hour and these videos are the only thing that calm me down and lull me back to sleep. Finding them has been such a blessing.
I wake up every 20-30 minutes with a peircing jolt of lightning through my chest. Complete panic, cold sweat, crying, with nausea, usually crawling awkwardly off the bed or something weird.. I'm broken. I really hope I can find peaceful sleep with this. I have nothing left to try. Seeing two counselors, taking vitamins, exercising regularly, meditation, Wim-Hof, etc. PTSD has consumed my mind body and soul. I need them back desperately.
@@digs6881 I was not in the army..however I was a bouncer at a night club and was involved in a shooting. 2 months later I was in a horrific car accident where I almost lost my life. I was fine until about a year after, it all caught up to me, it was odd. Covid made it worse as well.. I have to say these meditation clips n such were almost the ONLY thing that helped, next to psychiatric help and family!🙏🏽

I get occasional bouts of insomnia. Jason's meditation puts me right to sleep. I usually prefer a female voice for meditations, but Jason is very calming. This meditation is well composed and delivered in a non-distracting manner that keeps me focused inward. What a difference a good night's sleep makes!
This helps me fall asleep because the calm talking makes me feel less alone, and less afraid of the dark. I sleep with light, but when I do I can only fall asleep for a couple of hours, sleeping when it's much much darker helps me have a proper sleep, but with the downside of fear in the dark. I sleep alone in my room, and currently in my parents bedroom due to guests, and it feels unfamiliar unlike my safe, familiar room. This kind of talking definitely helps me feel more comforted, and I appreciate this video. This is just a vent because I've been needing to say this for the past couple of sleepless hours. Thanks for the video! :)
I'm having sleep issues due to environmental changes however I'm using this time to reflect and accept everything I hope in time I can heal. Usually I find guided meditation very cringe and difficult to get into, but this one was great. I feel a lot better then I did before, and am saving this video for future use.

I fell asleep to this guided sleep and I had a dream that didn't feel like a dream but rather I was living a life from another dimension. Was trippy. The longer I am awake, the quicker it fades along with all the details and emotions I felt. Dream journals are important to have because of this.

I’ve struggled with insomnia for three years now. I can be nodding off while reading, but the minute I actually lie down to sleep, my thoughts become like the stuff inside a rattle, shaken into chaos that will not settle. But the minute you start speaking, everything goes quiet. I don’t even have to decipher the words. The volume is so low I can’t make them out, and even when I do, I rarely am awake past the introduction. I have no idea how any of your “bedtime stories” go-I’m asleep within minutes and never hear them. It is magic. What a godsend. Bless you for making these.

I made a comment 2 months ago about how great this is at getting me to sleep and tonight I tried it on my 5 year old daughter and she fights going to sleep all the time, she was out like a light when I put this on and now I'm listening again to get me to sleep too! Thank you soooo much. This is part of my regular sleep routine. I fall asleep very quickly. Previously chronic insomnia - would lay awake for hrs - sleep then very broken - max 1 hr at a time. Trouble falling asleep again after waking. Now sleeping 2-3 hr blocks - when I wake I just put recording on again at the start - back to sleep within 5 minutes. I have never heard the full sleep story/ meditation. To have stepped out of that old debilitating and overwhelming pattern is such a blessing. Much love and appreciation 🙏💕

1 week away from 9 months sober. I had discovered Jason's meditation video before my rehab visit for alcoholism. We did meditation there and it made me remember these videos. Life is really hard right now but when i have a night that is filled with stress and worry about financial troubles as well as marriage/relationship issues. This video works really well for me.

My brother has covid. Not doing well. Hard for me to sleep. This helped last night. Trying again tonight. Healing energy, love and light to all coping with the pandemic. 🙏❤. UPDATE - March 2023: My bother passed away Jan 8, 2021. - it was too late for him to benefit from the vaccine. But Two years later I am doing much better. I thank all for their kindness and support. I've recently started EMDR therapy, and I find myself coming back to this specific video for weeks now.. falling asleep for me is often hard and if you've taken this therapy you know it brings emotions and trauma to the surface in order to allow you to face it. So this is my second session and the anxiety I face before bed is hard but with this combined with some of the realizations from therapy I'm finding my peace easier. Even as I type this I'm calming down a bit and I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Tonight would have been much harder and longer without you I'm sure.

I quit alcohol.....not that I was a huge drinker anyway and gave up nicotine!

I don't have the words for how much I love Jason's sleep hypnosis videos. I wake in a sweaty panic every night in the 3-4:00 hour and these videos are the only thing that calm me down and lull me back to sleep. Finding them has been such a blessing.
I wake up every 20-30 minutes with a peircing jolt of lightning through my chest. Complete panic, cold sweat, crying, with nausea, usually crawling awkwardly off the bed or something weird.. I'm broken. I really hope I can find peaceful sleep with this. I have nothing left to try. Seeing two counselors, taking vitamins, exercising regularly, meditation, Wim-Hof, etc. PTSD has consumed my mind body and soul. I need them back desperately.

@@digs6881 I was not in the army..however I was a bouncer at a night club and was involved in a shooting. 2 months later I was in a horrific car accident where I almost lost my life. I was fine until about a year after, it all caught up to me, it was odd. Covid made it worse as well.. I have to say these meditation clips n such were almost the ONLY thing that helped, next to psychiatric help and family!🙏🏽

I get occasional bouts of insomnia. Jason's meditation puts me right to sleep. I usually prefer a female voice for meditations, but Jason is very calming. This meditation is well composed and delivered in a non-distracting manner that keeps me focused inward. What a difference a good night's sleep makes!

This helps me fall asleep because the calm talking makes me feel less alone, and less afraid of the dark. I sleep with light, but when I do I can only fall asleep for a couple of hours, sleeping when it's much much darker helps me have a proper sleep, but with the downside of fear in the dark. I sleep alone in my room, and currently in my parents bedroom due to guests, and it feels unfamiliar unlike my safe, familiar room. This kind of talking definitely helps me feel more comforted, and I appreciate this video. This is just a vent because I've been needing to say this for the past couple of sleepless hours. Thanks for the video! :)

I fell asleep to this guided sleep and I had a dream that didn't feel like a dream but rather I was living a life from another dimension. Was trippy. The longer I am awake, the quicker it fades along with all the details and emotions I felt. Dream journals are important to have because of this.

I’ve struggled with insomnia for three years now. I can be nodding off while reading, but the minute I actually lie down to sleep, my thoughts become like the stuff inside a rattle, shaken into chaos that will not settle.
But the minute you start speaking, everything goes quiet. I don’t even have to decipher the words. The volume is so low I can’t make them out, and even when I do, I rarely am awake past the introduction. I have no idea how any of your “bedtime stories” go-I’m asleep within minutes and never hear them. It is magic.

Thank you soooo much. This is part of my regular sleep routine. I fall asleep very quickly. Previously chronic insomnia - would lay awake for hrs - sleep then very broken - max 1 hr at a time. Trouble falling asleep again after waking. Now sleeping 2-3 hr blocks - when I wake I just put recording on again at the start - back to sleep within 5 minutes. I have never heard the full sleep story/ meditation. To have stepped out of that old debilitating and overwhelming pattern is such a blessing. Much love and appreciation 🙏💕
