Healthy 2-ingredient Lentil Wraps

- These lentil wraps are healthy alternative for the classic wraps that we all know. They are high in protein, high in fiber, low in fat and very easy to make.

Ingredients:
1 cup (190g) Dry red lentils
2 cups (480ml) Water
Salt to taste
Directions:
1. Wash the lentil under running water until the water is clear.
2. Soak the lentils in the water for at least 3 hours or overnight.
3. Pour the water and lentils into a high speed blender and add salt if desired. Blend until smooth.
4. Heat a non-stick pan or skillet and pour in the batter, about 1/3 cup at the time. Twirl the pan to spread out the batter and make it thinner. If you don't have a good non-stick pan you may need to use a bit of oil.
5. Cook for about 1-2 minutes from each side over medium heat.
6. Serve with your favorite toppings. - Навчання та стиль

@@TheCookingFoodie why din t yiu use delish labneh instead of cream? its healthier too. you can go to a any Lebanese store and pick your labneh I recommend taanayel brand .yummy..

I always make my tortillas in cast iron pan because I have parrots and I can’t use nonstick, so I will try it f they come ok, fingers crossed 😊

It didn't turn out correct.
It didn't turn out like the video and I had to just make like patties because the batter was too thin and I could not flip it, even when I tried adding less water and more lentils, it wouldn't be a flippable consistency.
I love it, I can eat much of anything right now so I'm so happy to see new options. Thank You.

This recipe did not work for the yellow lentils, I tried making the batter thick and thin it's just not coming out like a wrap
Raw uncooked lentils and water make a batter? This seems highly implausible.
It stickted in the pan even with oil i don’t understand why
I tried to make these pancakes according to several recipes, but they didn't work😢... So I'll say pass😏... but thanks for the recipe.😊
