Between this and Stone's Reach Be'lakor is easily the best melodeath band of all time. These guys went from unknown to my favorite band in like 3 days flat. Every second of this album brings the heat. It's as if someone tailor made music for my specific tastes.

Listening to this album uninterrupted is an absolutely spiritual experience.
One of the absolue best Melo death bands
Dare I say this is the best melodeath album of the last decade.
For me a toss up between this and Insomnium's Shadows of a Dying Sun

my favourite moments
First heard of this band a couple months ago and started with Stone's Reach. Literally couldn't break from it until I tried Of Breath and Bone . Same story, different album. This band is phenomenal. Dig your content man
The lead guitarist in this band deserves a mention here. The melodies he comes up with that accompany the rhythm guitar are the most original and creative I have ever heard from a metal band. Sometimes when I listen I just end up shaking my head thinking how the fuck did he come up with that? How the hell did he figure that would work? And the guy literally invented a new guitar solo technique, that wee staccato thing he always does, almost like computer blips. At first I thought, "what the fuck is this?" but it didn't take long for me to get it. He rarely does conventional solos. Nobody in metal comes up with melodies like him. He has an unreal ear for a tune. Stylistically, he is totally unique. Other bands chop and change lead guitarists without it having a negative impact on the band, but take him outa that band and they would cease to be who they are. Be'lakore guitar dude, I salute you!
