I’m a Bama girl and we used to eat this faithfully at my granny’s house. She passed this year and I wanted to make it for my son. This recipe helped me do it. Thank you.
I’m in tears because this is exactly how my Grandmother made it and I could never remember the missing ingredient… eggs! Unfortunately she’s no longer here to walk me through it but you did! Thank you!!!
Been eating this since my childhood, and I would have never thought of boiled eggs being added to chicken and noodles. Looks like a game changer. Definitely trying this soon.
Wow. Second time seeing butter & cream of chicken added to soup. Even though I add eggs to my gumbo, never thought of adding eggs to soup! Man I just made a pot last nite but next time I’m doing this recipe✊🏾
Happy Sunday MS. Georgia I am cooking this meal for the second time I love your recipe and I love it with the twist so I will be adding the egg again today when I cook mines me and my family I love your recipe. thank you for sharing your recipe with us❤
If you are deciding on whether this is a good recipe here this is your sign to make it. This was soooooo good! I tweaked it somewhat by seasoning my chicken with the ingredients before adding to water and adding chicken bullion paste (better than bullion chicken), carrots, onion and celery. I did just add salt (alittle) since the canned soup was salty . Also I used adobo, onion powder, garlic paste, garlic and herb seasoning and love
Honey, you know you have to let your chicken cook almost done that probably will take about an hour. After a hour check the chicken for tenderness if still tough you will not be able to stick a fork in it if that happens cook for another fifteen or twenty minutes then add the egg noodles same thing cook until tender then add the Cut-Up boil eggs the last five minutes. It's so easy to cook.
Sorry I missed your comment earlier. Always use the whole can of cream of chicken and Cook until broth in the pot thickens to your liking and taste. Thank You so much!
I don't know what you want to know everything I used were introduced in the introduction. chicken, egg noodles, cream of chicken soup, salt and pepper, butter, boiled eggs optional.
When cooking the chicken, you need a pot filled with water. After that, have cooked down to almost out, then add water halfway and add the noodles cook until your desired texture of the noodles.
Them noodles a little overcooked but it looks good tho. And I never seen anybody add eggs to it idk about that but maybe this some deep down south style or something.
Don’t knock it till you try it 🤷🏽♀️ I personally haven’t tried it but I am definitely doing it tonight . lol I’ll report back if I take back my original statement on knockin it Lmaoo
Season to your taste Eric, because you are not eating any of this so therefore don't worry about the salt until you can taste it and know exactly what you talking about.
sould food. Looks delicious. I have never eat this but I am a coonass from southern louisisana originally and we eat strange according to a lot of outsiders but it is the best food on earth..this reminds me of that....mmm. looks good I am subcribling, thank you!!

@@georgiacookingforthesoul THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!!❤️🙏🏽
Looks good never seen it made with eggs tho
You could add eggs if you like it's optional. I love it with eggs.
Looks so good ☺️how long do u boil the chicken?
About an hour or almost done.
@@georgiacookingforthesoul I have a bag of frozen chicken..can I use that? And how long to boil it since it's frozen?
Probably 1 1/2 hours, just make sure it's done.
Today is my birthday. You could have invited us to eat. Yum yum.
Happy belated Birthday!
Ok so u never added the chicken 🐔 broth? U. Replaced it with cream of chicken right?
That's right. The cream of chicken gives more flavor than the chicken Broth. Either one would work fine.
@@georgiacookingforthesoul ok perfect thank you
I didn't see the chicken broth added. When was that added?
During the cooking process.
She actually changed the chicken broth to cream of chicken soup lol
Omg making this now, but not sure about a few things. How many Oz or cream of chicken, how long to boil after adding cream of chicken.
Sorry I missed your comment earlier. Always use the whole can of cream of chicken and Cook until broth in the pot thickens to your liking and taste. Thank You so much!
@@georgiacookingforthesoul this was delicious
Glad you liked it!
My mama did it this way with the egg.
The eggs bring more flavor.
When did u add the chicken broth
You could add it at the beginning or half way the cook time.
What was the seasoning @2:49?
It was complete seasoning.
So you seasoned the water that you boiled and added cream of chicken! You don’t actually need to go buy chicken broth correct?
The reason I buy chicken broth sometimes because I don't have enough of my own chicken broth that I made with the boiled chicken.
Do I need chicken broth if I use cream of chicken?
No you don't need it Britney!
Can I use chicken brest
Yes! That would be fine.
I wonder why my mama added yellow food coloring?
Probably she just wanted to give the noodles some color.
Why the eggs? Ive never seen that before
Because I like to add eggs to it at the end. But it is optional.
@@georgiacookingforthesoul does it make the sauce creamier
It makes the broth thicker, and I like the taste of the eggs in my noodles. You have to try it for yourself and maybe you will like it.
@@georgiacookingforthesoul Im gone try that thanks
Ok I hope you like it.
Best with dark meat
Maybe!
👀👍🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤💯😉
Thank You!
Interesting...using no yolk noodles, then add eggs🤔
I can’t tell exactly what she’s using
I don't know what you want to know everything I used were introduced in the introduction. chicken, egg noodles, cream of chicken soup, salt and pepper, butter, boiled eggs optional.
@@georgiacookingforthesoul I made it today and it was sooo good thx u
@@chicagofights I am glad it turned out good for you.
@@georgiacookingforthesoul I wish I could upload a picture for u. I made it with some cornbread 😂
@@chicagofights sounds real good.
Try heavy cream instead of the can soup.
I will give it a try.
Neckbones?
Chicken
How much water? How long you cooked it before adding the noddles? Come on! You're leaving us the guess work.

You back again, I see, you want me to block you.
She could've kept them eggs💀💀💀🤣🤣😹wtf
I cooked this to my satisfaction not yours. When you cook some then you keep the eggs. 😂 😂
eggs nooooooooooooo.
you don't have to add eggs; if you like just leave them out.
