I used the lan cable to connect this modem to my PlayStation 5, however at times when I am playing, my kids will complain the they do not have internet.. this only happens when I am playing the ps5. Anyway to resolve this ? I did not give priority bandwidth to my ps5. Everything is as default. The port I am using is a normal port not the gaming one
Greetings, you mentioned that you connected the modem to your game console, that is not the correct way. You should connect your modem to the router WAN PORT and then use one of the four outputs from the router to connect the game console.
