No direct emails was my opinion also, i have advised others to sit and talk ... Till i personally experienced that their/ my boss is not even ready to sit and talk during daily work... they want only emails to be sent, quoting "they know all"
Idk why you guys can't give a proper appraisal to motivate your trained employees. You can hire another guys and give them double the CTC for the same experience. The management should also think about this as you said it is a two way thing.
I feel recordings available in youtube are far better than this. It’s really worst. upGrad is doing a big scam under the name of education. Please don’t join guys. they not even provide a contact number to the student to. contact the upgrad. They will just give telegram id. if we message, they'll respond when they find a time to respond and also they've given escalation email id also I mailed more than 20 times, not even single response received.
