If he isn’t board certified why is he Allowed to practice this ? That’s scary

So supposedly it’s optional for a surgeon to become board certified. 😩 But it’s recommend because of how thorough the training process is to become board certified. Quite a few doctors who perform plastic surgery aren’t board certified which is scary. 😳
