    I’ve been a fan of you for years. Recently have I started yoga and meditation with peloton, and once I’ve started taking these classes WHICH I LOVE, I started to think hmmm… I wish this was Kalyn ❤️ this is everything I’ve needed. You have changed my life Kalyn, I’m more thankful for you than words can ever describe. Thank you, you beautiful woman you.

    Came to this meditation after getting heightened and overwhelmed thinking about finances and stepping into my own. I feel much better now. The "it's okay" mantra was so helpful and I love using it to calm myself when I'm stressing over doing enough or doing the right thing or when I'm experiencing negative thoughts and emotions.
    Also really appreciate at the end when you said "it's okay to get heightened." That is actually quite powerful and really helped it set in that it's okay to experience strong emotions because it's okay to experience things as intense. That takes me out of problem-solving mode thinking I need to do something about the fact that this is overwhelming when in actuality, I don't, and it'll feel less intense naturally as I accept how it feels to me now.
    Anyway, I really wanted to say that I loved your outfit and the tranquil snowy backdrop. Your zen vibe was soothing to me and I'm glad I did this meditation with you.🧡~S

    This is exactly what I needed. lol. I've been working nonstop on a passion project of mine that's really important to me (basically summarizing the entire history of life on Earth into a video series) and I was REALLY starting to feel the immense pressure I've been putting on myself.     I started laughing partway through this meditation because I was worried about an assignment related to tidal action and cliffs. So when the wave sounds started, I was like “noooo I’m trying NOT to think about waves right now” lol. Anyways, I loved this meditation, and I’ll definitely come back to it when I’m not worried about tide-related issues lmao

    Thank you so much for posting this. I was feeling really anxious about the future and its uncertainty. I felt pain in my chest and i was really scattered. Suddenly i remembered about this meditation and went to my bed immediately to have a still moment. I cried so much, all the water that was drowning me found its way out. Now i feel so much better and incredibly relax. You have help me immensely and I really appreciate you for it. Lots of love ❤️ ❤️
