Is it possible to cut a straight 3/4" (19mm) thick slat/shingle. Just a straight cut not on any angle

Hi, you would not need the Shingle Lap Attachment for this. It could be done just on the sawmill.

If the bed rails are relatively the same width and spacing I don't see why not? In the case of the LT15 the bed rails don't match so there an adapter bracket.
