Thank you for choosing Wood-Mizer! Our production and fulfillment teams in Indiana are working hard in order to manufacture and ship equipment as quickly as possible - all while taking extra precautions to work safely while maintaining the high-quality you expect from a Wood-Mizer.
Wish my father and I had something like this last year when a customer called about making 3" thick cookies force throwing. It was a pain in the butt to get 2 foot piece situated on my father's LT 40. But we managed. Lastly I shared it to my facebook page. So my mother can show my father the video.
I like the idea but would it be feasible to make the clamp adjustable for height in order to gat a better purchase on the log? I own an LT 28 with power feed.
The fixed clamp has an optional spacer kit that allows raising the clamp for logs that require a better grip higher up on the log. The low profile clamps allow for final cuts within 1-1/2". The cookie mizer is grate. Bit what I would by in a heartbeat is a lap siding tool for a LX25.
When cut the cookies, need clamp the log and decrease the waste. Good machine.
looks like a great product
I'm thinking hard about buying this. If I sold these as table tops would I be earning cookie dough 😉?
What do you do to keep the cookies from cracking while drying?
pentacryl is great but can be pricey
The cookies I need to cut are 3ft in diameter. Any suggestions for sawing on an lt15wide that I'm waiting to arrive in the spring

I use something similar on my homemade jig which looks just like that and bowl blanks for turning
it's getting more like an old shop smith all the time!
Does it for on an LT15??
