    I lost 50 pounds in 2 months. Losing weight can be very difficult but there are ways that can make it a lot easier for most pejole. Don’t give up !!

      @@ryanrogers8211 Thanks a lot brother. 2 hours of cardio , 7 miles of walking after dinner. Aggressive Calorie deficit prioritizing protein , no alcohol (drank almost everyday before) and Apple cider vinegar drink twice a day (helped a ton) most won’t recommend cardio only, but I did it for 2 months lost the weight I wanted and transitioned to weights + cardio. Feel and look great. I lost very little strength ( I did lose some but nothing crazy especially losing 50 pounds) The reason I did it that way is because starting with weights and cardio while being very overweight is that I feel extremely bloated and can’t control my appetite! The walking was perfect for that !
