- The game has also a new fuction called Real Showdown:
During the preparation phase your gun has no bullets and a message will invite you to lower your gun. If you don't follow this message, you will die directly when your adversary is ready.
When the opponent begins the shooting move, you have to aim at him quickly, which will automaticallky load your gun. Now just shoot the rascal,this a real shodown!
The game features four different outlaws the player can take in either dead or alive: Handsome Harry, Nasty Dan, The Cactus Kid, and El Loco. The player hunts the outlaws in the order they choose.
Many of the scenes in the game are randomized and not all scenes appear in each playthrough. There are also variations in the ending depending on how many outlaws are captured instead of killed. Capturing the outlaws usually requires shooting the gun out of their hand.
The player receives an amount of money for each neutralized outlaw; this money translates into points. Throughout the game, three different weapons can be used: the standard six-shooter, the seemingly more powerful shotgun, and a gun that holds more bullets than the normal six-shooter, which can be found as a bonus at times by shooting oxen skulls, hanging lanterns, and wooden wheels. Showdowns take place at random, though more frequently and with greater diversity than in Mad Dog McCree; one of the gunfighters is Wes Flowers, the star of another American Laser Games release.
The point, or "cash", bonus for completing a stage is higher if the boss is taken alive, by means of shooting the gun out of his hand before he can fire. Depending on who was captured alive, spared bosses may come back and try to either bribe or shoot the player character.

The Last Bounty Hunter is a laserdisc arcade light gun shooter that was developed by American Laser Games in 1994. The Last Bounty Hunter is very similar to Mad Dog McCree in that the game shows various FMV scenes in which the player shoots at the actors.
Filmed at Old Tucson Studios in Tucson, Arizona, it was one of the company's last releases before it was forced to close down.
This is a remake made in Singe 2 engine that adds new features,HD FMV,new UI,better scoring and aiming system.

Quite a shame you can't fight everyone in any order you wish in the HD remake.
And most of the scenery items don't give the upgrades they should, the shotgun is also non exsistent.
