It's funny that he can drive it but not use the co-ax MG which is actually inside the turret. If there is other crew in the hull, it makes you wonder why are they not ending Vinnie with their BMG, which would have been the most useful weapon by far.
If this game made any sense, the submarine would have just shot a torpedo at the pier after the machine guns got destroyed, blowing Vincent Cannoli into pieces. It's just plot armor bullshit.
i like how this game is like metal slug but instead of a army soldier is a gangster, instead of pixelated is cartoonish-looking, and the story is a little more deep than, destroy everyone of the enemy army.

Frankie was one of the best Boss Fights and Antagonists in both games. I liked this guy kinda. Felt bad putting him 15 times in Shredder. His Vooce actor is good, and the games itself are just perfect to play/watch.
