I love that Uncle Roger is using all the techniques he learned from the chefs he's reviewed over the years. He learned to cut the green onion the bias from Auntie Esther, and he learned the stringy egg thing from Chef Wang Gang.

Uncle Roger really used all of the technique he harnessed over reviewing other chefs. Stringy Egg from Chef Wang, Sexy Scallion from Chef Esther, and Lapcheong from Reynold (he didn't really use it in his fried rice video but he mentioned that he used lapcheong when he is competing at masterchef)

people from different part of the world have different taste, like coke doesnt taste the same for everywhere, fast food and cultured food taste different aswell, the western tends to use less spice and cant handle spiciness very well, the east use a lot of ingredients and seafoods, hence why the western judge felt like the dish made by a western person taste better, just like how i love durian and you guys cant even stand the smell

I absolutely love watching you I love uncle Roger I love chef Rush and Nick you’re awesome. I’ve been a chef for 17 years before I got sick with stage four colon cancer. I still cook for me and my family when I can when I’m not in pain so watching you guys makes me happy makes me laugh. Thank you very much hopefully one day when I’m a little bit better I get to meet one of you until then. I’ll keep on watching. Stay blessed stay positive and keep on cooking.
