I gave a sushi chef a pack of hot dogs one time and he blew my mind, made a tempura fried roll with veggie straws, cream cheese, and every sauce on a chopstick. Never underestimate what a chef will do with a hot dog!!

This brings back memories 😢, when I helped teach a class when I turned 18 I gave everyone 15$ take make an Asian themed dish from the local store near by,it was such a blast running through the store with my students grabbing ingredients!
