Despite spending so much money people were unhappy with the way the new iPhone 15 model was heating up on the weekend. Apple has identified a few issues that can cause new iPhones to run warmer than expected including a bug in the iOS 7 software.

There is no customer service.They like to defend themself with their products.I had issue in iPhone 15 pro It’s getting hot after play video or song within 10 to 15 minutes time .They always said it’s nature of iPhone 15 pro and it’s Titanium phone .Their supervisor answered also Even her phone is getting hot .But they do not have a solution.If there is not warranty they are going said battery meet to change .But there is still warranty.

Happen to me as well in malaysia, when sending to service centre they claim that the heating is acceptable. For me, im very uncomfortable to hold it since im sensitive to heat. Now brought this up to the customer's tribunal malaysia. Seem apple chain wouldn't be responsible at all for the heating issues since they normalised the heating issues.

Lol, you guys are joking. Of course it will reduce performance, there is no way they can reduce the heat without reducing performance, its not like they can install a new heatpipe on a sold phone.
The only way to reduce heat in aftersales is to reduce and limit performance, thats why companies should not cut corners in design just because they have use it in previous models, because the moment they entered a new different components all the heat calculations is different.
Apple is cutting corners to make some quick bucks.
