Very relatable, just got to make do and realize that te universe is that big that nothing really matters. You could do the best thing on earth or the worst thing on earth either way everything will one day be forgotten so do what you want when you want while you still can and that's what helps me not have a care in the world sometimes.

DRINK. WATER. If you’re having issues to this extreme, well first of all it is absolutely IMPERATIVE that you see a medical professional, but as a regular person, the best advice I can give to you if you have appetite problems to the point of it affecting your mood and energy, your absolute bare minimum priority should be to *_stay hydrated._* At least 2 litres over the course of the day (not all in one go, obviously. And if you are dehydrated, do not attempt to “make up for it” by drinking a large amount in one go. Rehydration takes time, and even when you are very dehydrated, you should still pace your fluids intake. Drinking 2 litres of water everyday may help your symptoms, but it will not fix your appetite. Again, you _must_ speak to a Doctor about this. Good luck, I hope you can get better ❤

I can relate, ADHD meds are insanely strong appetite suppressants. Craziest thing is, I had some weed recently while I was waiting to refill my ADHD prescription, and every time I smoked it, 10 mins later I was getting insane munchies, I was eating so much that I couldn’t move after. A few days ago I refilled my prescription, and I still had a little weed left. In the evening, about 16 hours after taking my ADHD meds I smoked a joint (my meds last about ~12 hours so I wasn’t getting high while “on” the meds) and the crazy thing is, I STILL didn’t get munchies, I was able to smoke and play a video game for like 3 hours without touching the snacks I brought up before the joint, and this was supposedly long after the peak effect of my meds had finished. This blew my mind, my medication appetite suppressant effect is SO strong that 1) it still effects me 16+ hours after taking the meds, and 2) EVEN WEED can’t counteract the effect despite being used in medicine as a potent way to restore appetite! I will say though, my best advice to people who forget to eat like this: switch to an intermittent fasting diet. I’ve been doing IF since 2017 and it changed EVERYTHING for me in terms of managing my hunger, and sustaining energy levels. Personally I go pretty extreme and mostly do one meal/day (OMAD diet) which I eat in the evening. I have one coffee in the morning though which does technically break the fast but eh, I’m fine with that. Anyway if you fast like this, and you stick to your eating routine, after only a few days you will start to notice that you never ever feel hungry during the day, and conversely, your appetite will come back with a freaking vengeance in the evening when it actually comes time to eat, and best of all, your body adapts to this time restricted diet by maintaining steadier energy throughout the day, so even though it’s counter intuitive, eating less frequently will encourage better hunger management, and it should help with the typical negative effects associated with neglecting to eat. In other words, if you suffer from forgetting to eat and that causes negative symptoms, then roll with it and do it in a way which has been tried and tested. Time restricted eating is a very very powerful approach to diet. It’s not one size fits all though, so you may need to experiment, but the most important thing is: while you are in a period of fasting, do not eat or drink ANYTHING other than water. This is the real difference between a real IF diet, and regular old unhealthy and irregular meal/snack consumption. If you eat a small snack, or drink something like soda, juice, milk etc, while you’re supposed to be fasting, that will totally cancel the fast, because it “boots up” your entire digestive system, it gets your stomach acids going, it gets your intestines moving etc, but the point of fasting is to completely leave your digestive system “dormant” during the fasting period. Basically, the issue isn’t so much the ‘not eating’ part, the real killer is the random drinks and small snacks people commonly have in between meals. A small snack or a non-water beverage is not enough to sustain you for 12 hours between meals, all it does is kick up a whole complex series of biochemical processes which serve only to amplify negative effects, by staving off your hunger (usually because of snacks/drinks being high sugar/carb) while not actually giving your body and brain any real sustenance. Cutting out 100% of food/non-water drinks is what will make the difference during those extended periods without a proper meal. Disclaimer: I’m not a dietitian, although I phrased this as advice, take it for what it is. It’s not real advice, and you should always do your own research, consult with a real expert for dietary advice (I mean a dietitian, not a Dr. Many regular Doctors still don’t consider diet as a means to treat medical issues despite recent science showing that diet can fix a HUGE amount of medical conditions/disorders. A Dr is more likely to try diagnose you and give you meds to force your appetite- this is not _treatment,_ it’s just a temporary fix which doesn’t address a deeper cause. Not all Drs are like this of course, this is a broad average). I’ve just given my own experience, and an account of how it helped me, as pertains to the symptoms and complications you talk about in the video. I may have even gotten some info incorrect, again, not a dietitian. I guess it would make more sense to say that my advice is to “look into” intermittent fasting and OMAD rather than advice to try it. That decision is yours to make, ideally coupled with the guidance of a real expert. Good luck, and sorry for such a long comment. Oh yeah and lastly, aaaall of what I said assumes you already eat a somewhat healthy diet. If your daily meal is frozen pizza and chips or McDonalds then the issue probably lies with that lol
Sir thank you very much... I have anxiety problem and really no body is understanding that...but after watching ur videos I feel normal I can feel some wat Better.....

Juice, milk or mixed protein powder can be a life saver. Get your blood sugar up before trying to cook.
